Logos, where ARE YOU!? I'll show you how a masochist hits... Uhm... hits someone else, not myself. That would have been open to interpretation, and I don't trust anyone here to make the distinction... And I'm not really a masochist, just a guy with crude, dirty jokes, surrounded by a bunch of slap-stick comedians. So where are you hiding, Logos?!

Being that this was one of Master Li's final posts. I wish him well in the afterlife and I hope that he has finally found the peace he was searching for all this time. May he be finally reunited with his wife and son.

Rest in peace old friend.

What is the gift? As an anthropologist, I find it usefull to speak several languages, both living and dead, as well as read them.

Well, what you are working on presently is much more important.

Here is a quick intro, though. Photographs follow, maybe tomorrow.

It is a scroll. He gave me some hints that there is more to it than meets the eye.

What is it a scroll of? If I had more details I might be able to better prepare to translate for you.

As for it inturrupting my other work, I work best with 3 to 4 projects requiring attention at any given time, particularly if they are in different fields - when I hit an impasse I can switch to something for a different field of study and often the change in thought process is just what I need to reach a breakthrough.

Hi Everyone,

I miss Shang Li and the talks we used to have. He was so good at making me think about stuff.

PS: It's nice that one of his students is still with us here.
I will be who I chose to be.

Not realy one of his students, but I did associate with him for a while, wish I hadn't been so involved in my reasearch at the time.
