Logos, where ARE YOU!? I'll show you how a masochist hits... Uhm... hits someone else, not myself. That would have been open to interpretation, and I don't trust anyone here to make the distinction... What is it a scroll of? If I had more details I might be able to better prepare to translate for you.
As for it inturrupting my other work, I work best with 3 to 4 projects requiring attention at any given time, particularly if they are in different fields - when I hit an impasse I can switch to something for a different field of study and often the change in thought process is just what I need to reach a breakthrough.
