Excellent. I know that the esteemed Mr. Lazlo has been missing for the better part of 20 years, but I know that his agency thrives. I am in need of the agency's help, though I am reluctant to admit it. For security's sake, I have avoided the Lazlo Agency over the past few years. My associates and I were compromised as a result of an over-anxious agency go-getter some years back. But that's in the past and, as I've already stated, I am in need of assistance from like-minded individuals who share the same knowledge of secret affairs.

For the past several months, an associate of mine with the Department of Agriculture has been tracking the movement of funds between the National Forest Service and privately held interests who are puportedly assisting in the preservation of the Boise National Forest in Idaho. The funds are being diverted into a private account and are being moved with the utmost of secrecy. My investigation has led to Alexander M. Frank, an alias for one Dr. Jonathon Holstein.

Dr. Holstein is well-known to myself and others and perhaps a few of you as well. You have no doubt encountered his machinations in one form or another. He has the ear of several influential people in the federal government and has worked closely with the USDA and its related agencies. His front is as an environmental crusader. His true agenda is the location and acquisition of ley lines and other sources of potential psychic energy.

Dr. Holstein has shown interest before in capturing and containing ghosts. His reason for this is a theory he developed several years ago whereby one could increase his psychic abilities by siphoning them from captured ghosts. We have foiled one previous attempt to build this apparatus and had thought his ambitions to be thwarted. We might have been wrong.

Dr. Holstein is doing something in the Boise National Forest. I need agents in the area to investigate. Contact me privately for information regarding the flow of moneys to this secret project. I can show you the paper trail that leads from the USDA to the National Forest Service to Dr. Holstein's front. I have a few leads that you could pursue, should you be interested.

For now, my name and my associations will remain secret until such time as I feel comfortable in trusting both you and my new security system. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Though you may think the existance of the supernatural to be nothing more than smoke and mirrors, Debunker, I can at least assure you that this man is criminally diverting federal funds and grants for the purpose of personal indulgances. You may not believe that Dr. Holstein intends to harness the PPE of ghosts and other entities, but that is neither here nor there. I did not come here to solicit the assistance of skeptics. I fail to see how you contribute to the Lazlo Society and wonder why you are allowed to maintain a presence in their network. However, this is not to say that you cannot be useful. Begin your own investigation into the matter and see where the trail leads. As I said, if nothing else, Dr. Holstein has obtained the funds illegally and that is something that even one such as yourself should be able to "believe."

Speak with Judy White with the National Forest Service's regional office in Phoenix, AZ. Her extension is 2212. Inform her that you received information off of terminal 129 and that you're there to investigate her claims. But if you do this, I'd ask that you show her more courtesy than you've shown those of us here.

I'm thinking it's beginning to be a good idea to amass Resources to hunt down these " negas" who insist they have the interests of whose best at heart.. I know what they're after.. and I don't see them as particularly nice..
