This seems to be a community type related topic so here it is.

Instead of derailing them stuffy, oh so serious threads (that really, do need to stay serious and not be derailed), bring your social commentary, humor and irrelevant comments here.

Leave the adults alone. They have serious business to attend to.

But here, feel free to play, laugh, joke, unwind and you know, be a human being. Heck, feel free to just come by to share sad stories and get some moral support.

If you have a stick up your bum, have had your sense of humor surgically removed or are mentally over 30, then move along. This is the playground where us kids rule!

Playground rules, kids.

If you poke someone, expect to get poked back.
Everyone gets to play.
If you don't want to play, take your toys and go home.
New kids can expect to be teased.
Serious kids can expect to be teased.
Everyone else can expect to be teased.

Adult supervision not required.

Honestly though I think this idea of yours is a good one Nemesis. People in this line of work, much like cops or firefighters, just need a place to vent and unwind.

If we were serious all the time, we would all slowly good insane.

yeah and my leagle guardian since the death of my parents. he doesn't let me drink. Might be because i am only 16.

As for Sophoroto,

I don't think you need to worry about your guardian getting upset. It would be pretty unreasonable to get upset over virtual goods.

The threads have information in them, sometimes valuable information.
When they're obscured by bullshit, all you accomplish is wasting researchers' time - if you want to have fun, be decent enough not to do it at another's expense.

There's no reason for it elsewhere, when people are trying to do serious work and research.
Unless you just don't care, of course, but then there's no reason to be here if you don't care about the work others are trying to accomplish.

Lets compare. Alot of cops and firefighters tend to keep it bottled up. Day after day, week after week, year after year. They take up drinkin', maybe drugs.
