Lets compare. Alot of cops and firefighters tend to keep it bottled up. Day after day, week after week, year after year. They take up drinkin', maybe drugs.

Now we can easily compare ourselves to cops and firefighters as we must deal with this stuff day after day, week after week, year after year. Now for the comparison shall we; yes lets.

Drinkin' or drugs or anger management issues from keepin' things 100% serious and bottled up 100% of the time

or

blowin' off steam and goofin' round to remain, to some degree, sane.

I'ld would take option B please.
