Snake Entity

I am seventeen-years-old and I live in a small town in Ontario, Canada. A few nights ago, something happened to me that quite frankly scared me half to death.

I was asleep in my room, when suddenly I woke feeling something at the foot of my bed. I didn’t think much of it, thinking it was one of my cats sleeping with me. So I laid back down and tried to get to sleep, then I felt something very soft and long under my sheets, getting more nervous, I turned the lights on and I looked under the covers only to find the most terrifying thing I’ve seen in probably all my life. It was a snake. A thick, long snake, black and red in colour. It looked up at me and hissed. I ran out of my room, and closed the door behind me to make sure it couldn’t get out and hurt my family. I ran to the living room and got my mother. She went into the room with me, and showed me that there was no snake. I stayed up for hours searching my room, and still I found no snake. I didn’t get back to sleep that night, to afraid to I guess. And ever since then I never feel like I’m alone when I’m in my room.
One of my good friends suggested me to this forum, thinking it was some kind of spirit, and so now I’m looking for some help on what this may be. I guess I’m aspiring to be a amateur ghost and demon hunter.

First lesson, there are no amateur ghost and monster hunters. You need to make sure that you are aware of what you are doing before you try anything. To do otherwise risks injury, death and worse.

Second lesson, getting away. Good job on that. Until you have the tools and the training to do what needs to be done to put these monsters under, getting distnce between you and it is always a great idea.

Third lesson, getting help. Good job there. You came to the right place. Hopefully some of the contacts we have in Ontario will get to you soon. They will track down and deal with this snake thing for you, and help you learn the other things you need to do to survive.

Welcome to the society, I hope you're here for a very, very long time.

I was almost your age when I got started in this.

Do what the veterans do. Very good advice.

Always ask questions and ask for help... no sense in being dead and proud, no matter what the philosophers tell you.

The others give good advice, it was not long ago that I found myself looking at what you are. Just be aware, once you fully open eyes to the world around you it is hard to close them again.

As to your entity, without seeing it I will not try to guess what it is. However, I believe that you are developing gifts similar to my own and my best advice is to find someone who can train you. They will help you learn to control your gifts and teach you how to cope with what you are starting to experience.

If it becomes a serious problem for you however, contact me privately and I will make arrangements to help you deal with your entity. It sounds like something within my ability to deal with.

Well it's good to know that not everyone in the world just thinks of it as "some dream I had that I'm over reacting about".

So from what I understand, there are many kinds of demons, ghost, entities, etc. Does anyone have an idea of what this may be? I mean, it wasn't an incredibly large snake, but it was black and red. I know that kind of Snake doesn't live around here, and especially in the winter. So I have no idea what I'm up against here. I was suggested by an aquaintaince that I should try a ouja board, but I've heard bad things about those.

I also did a bit of research on this, and I know it may sound stupid, but a lot of snakes that people have claimed to see have turned out to be "satan". Do you think that could be the case?

Sorry, for not posting sooner. I ran into bad weather on my way up here and spent about twice the time that I was expecting in the car. I have met up with my contact here, but I am still waiting for Demonhunter to contact me with his location.

So as I wait, I watch the snow and try to learn how to use the devices that have been loaned out to me. These are a little more difficult to use for me, but I think it is because they are talents I would not normally have. The one I am looking forward to using is a modified candle lighter that seems to be able to shoot out streams of flame when I can concentrate properly.

I will keep you posted as I find out more, but for now I am playing a waiting game.

Heard from the Demonhunter. I am going to head in his direction this afternoon. He is still feeling the presence of something, but still does not have anymore details to give other than he has been having some disturbing dreams.

Spent my first afternoon at Demonhunter's house. I met up with him first at a local coffee shop. It was relatively empty and I took the opportunity to find out more about Demonhunter. His name is Scott, and he has mostly lived a normal life up until this point.

After getting the basics of the events, which was not more than he posted. I used the scanner that was loaned out to me on Scott. He did not register as having psychic powers or being himself out of the ordinary. I didn't actually notice anything odd about him until I sensed something near us as we went towards his home.

As we walked there, I sensed a presence nearby and he stopped and asked me if I had seen something. I asked him to describe what he saw, and he perfectly described a Poltergeist. I focused my own senses and caught the thing flitting about two small children laughing. This leads me to believe he is at least open to the supernatural like my friend Tim.

We continued on and approached the house. Tim told me not to worry about his parent, as she was working an afternoon shift this week and his two sisters were at a friends house until 8. As soon as I got near the house I could feel something was there, but it was scattered and unfocused. The scanner that was provided did no better at detecting, only showing something was there.

I followed him into his bedroom and the same feeling of wrongness grew, but again there was no focus for it. It was like a after-image of something big. At this point I am not sure what I am dealing with, but I will continue to poke around and see what I can come up with.

I've just returned to my hotel room here. I will fill you in on the most recent developments in my exploring. I will tell you it is not looking good at this point.

After posting, I left Scott's house and went over to the local record house. I started researching the address of their home to see if I could find anything in it's past that might of caused my general feeling of wrongness there. The house seems to be one of the oldest homes still standing in the community and is over 100 years old.

During the 50's, 60's and 70's, the house was abandoned. The previous owner was found murdered in the house, and the inheritor did not do anything with the property. It appears that in 1979, the owner then sold the property in auction. It was bought my a bank, remodeled, and resold. The current owner, has been renting it out ever since.

The strange thing is when you look at the history of people renting. All of the renters left within 12 months. At least half of the renters had one or more family members experience one of the following: insanity, suicide, or commit murder.

Scott's family has been there for 13 months. Whatever is going on, it is overdue to strike.
