A storm blows . . .

Post by Hannah »

Hi Everyone,

We came through the storm safe. New York City is a heck of a mess though.

PS: Having an Elemental connection makes a hurricane really interesting. It's like I spent the last 24 hours with a Red Bull IV drip.

Hi Konrad.

I'd been a bit of a funk lately . . . as weird as it may seem, the storm did a pretty good job of bringing me around. I'm mostly calmed down again, though I can still feel Sandy's 'ghost' tugging at the edge of my awareness even though it's way up in Northern Canada now.

PS: Anybody else ever have a reaction like this to a force of nature?

Another note for those in New York:

Apparently the flooding of the tunnels under the city flushed a lot of things out into the city properly. There are folks dealing with these things, but there are still a lot of dangers unresolved.

Please be careful.
