Gotham Arcane is an independent paranormal investigation and consulting company operating in the Five Boroughs and Long Island area, dedicated to helping people with all manner of supernatural or otherwise unexplainable happenings. We offer investigation services for problems and mysterious events or sightings that keep you from sleeping at night at affordable prices. We also offer free consultation if you have a feeling something's amiss but aren't quite sure what to do. Any fees go directly towards supporting our efforts to help any who need aid with the infernal or mysterious.

For further information or if you need our services, please contact me (Melissa) here or look us up in the local phonebook. We will happily consider work outside of the New York metro area, time and importance depending. Please note, however that our efforts are primarily academic and investigative. Although I'm a competent user of the arcane (and a lot of coffee shop dwellers have a lot of stories about me), I don't take 'wet work' without planning and help.

You can set it up to email you when there's a post. Then you set your phone up to receive email.

At least that's the way I do it. I'm sure there's something more direct.




Pacts aren't my department. Putting holes in things are. Some of the other thinker types might do a better job, but you need to give them something to work with.

What's the ordinary rate you go for, out of pocket expenses to be paid in the middle, geographical borders willing to be crossed, ad nasseum as needed. From your Hostility Papers, it looks like you're damage light-just fine by me, since that's not my way.

Thanks, Nemesis; it’s good to be seen. Gotham Witch, I noticed the bookstore Odd Pages listed on your webpage near a psychic convention I’ll be attending over April First’s weekend. Would Sydney mind if I dropped by between sessions?

An update - due to some circumstances - mostly moving (my apartment is apparently a death trap), tying up some loose ends with a recent thing that some of you may have been reading about, as well as an upcoming trip south, I'm going to call myself 'booked' until likely the new year.

Small consultation work I can likely still help with. But if someone is in the NYC metro area and needs something, by all means PM and maybe I can get you in touch with someone that can help. Most of you folks on Lazlo have been most helpful in the past year. The least I can do is to return the favor.
