How Prepared Are We - Acts of Spiritual & Demonic possession

I know that this issue has surfaced several times across these boards, but the subject was never really touched on what to do about it.

Looking for advice, tatics, personal experiences, and what to do in the event of possesion; both spiritual and demonic.

Not much to do but exorcise and/or destroy. Right?

Which exorcisms work best? Magical or psychic?
And does one deal the entity once it has been exorcised?

I've never been involved with one myself but I've read a few reports, I don't notice one being preferred over the other. Sometimes the baddies just leave, sometimes they stick around to battle the exorcists.

I wonder how those battles act out. Is it a battle of wills or is it a physcal altercation? It probably varies with each individual entity.

It seems to be case-by-case, yes.

So no single answer is useful all the time.

One of the things about this job that sucks.

I wonder if there is a way to crate some amulet thing that one can place around the neck of a possessed person and the entity will not only get exorcised but get trapped inside of if as well.

You volunteering to be a test subject?

As it happens there is a binding ritual which will do that exact thing Mr Hollister, although I don't recommend it. It's pretty far from one hundred percent effective, making it damned risky.
