We've lost a year of our lives!
This is Tabloid Hound with a quick post.
The Huntress, Private Dic Mcvay, Mrloucifer and myself were on a mission together and kept it quiet for safety reasons. What became an hours passing for us in this mission became a year for the rest of the world!
We are not missing in action, it seems we were in a time storm or dimensional distortion of some kind.
We will all be writing more once we get our missing year's affairs in order.

Re: We've lost a year of our lives!
It's great to hear from you all again, somewhat surprising and puzzling too. As for the year, given the last time I was in touch with any of you I'd say we're looking at closer to 2.
We need details, pronto.
We also have a lot to tell you.
Oh, any of you heard from Debunker?

Re: We've lost a year of our lives!
Its seem your correct Ron, it has been closer to two years... weve lost out on so much in our personal lives as well as the Society. Glad to see youve been fighting the good fight in the meanwhile.
As far as Debunker goes, I cant really answer for him. I recall the other day (well, the other day in my mind, years ago in yours) that he was planning a trip to a Tibetan monestery to do some research and perhaps explore the region in general as he's always wanted to. I hope nothing bad as become of him.

Count your blessing Cifer, you may see it all again someday.
My stuff in the old apartment was moved out and sent to the goodwill over a year ago. Nothing like starting over.

I was lucky in that my sister kept all my items in storage; she had faith that I would return long after I was declared missed (and later dead appearently).

Mind giving a debreifing that will most likely get filed away and never seen again? (The better our stock of reports the less often we go in blind.)

Re: We've lost a year of our lives!
This is such a bizarre mind job, I mean we were only away for a day our time and almost two years went by without us! I personally apologize for my causing anyone worry or grief.
The saddest part is that the story of how it happened isn’t even worth telling as there wasn’t even anything exciting to cause our disappearance. It was an empty cave long since deserted, nothing supernatural was living there, but the time shift is believed to have hit us while in the cave.
McVay has a theory that this time shift may be accidentally bringing supernatural things to and from said cave which means we may start an initiative in figuring out how to remove the time storm.
All in good time I suppose.

Uhm, how do you remove a "Time Storm"?
Short of collapsing the cave I ain't got a clue.

Hello Tabloid Hound, Private Dic McVay, Mr. Loucifer and Huntress!!!
Glad to see your back here and none the worse for wear. As Dad mentioned a lot has gone on since you left. I'm sure you can learn a lot of it from reading the boards, but don't e afraid to ask us about stuff too.
Sorry to hear about your aunt Huntress.
Hannah
PS: Yeah, I guess I'm one of those things that's news to you. I'm Ron Caliburn's daughter. A bunch of folks from Lazlo rescued me from the compound last year.

Hello Again,
I suppose somebody should wanr you that there's a thing going around that looks like my Dad (or can change into pretty much anyone it wants to) and has a real hate on for Lazlo folks.
Because of this my dad instituted a special code for us to great each other. You can find out about it here.

Thanks Willie.
She's 15 if you must know Louis.
You've met me, you know to have an 18 year old daughter I'd have needed to hit a home run when I was 14.

Uhm, Hello Mr. Loucifer,
As was pointed out I'm not old enough for you. Not that I'm that kind of girl anyway. I ain't never kissed a boy yet.
Besides it was only a couple of days for you, so it can't be so bad.
Hannah
PS: You were with Huntress anyway, maybe if you asked her nicely . . . From what Dad says about her it better be really nicely if you don't want any bruises or fractures.

When Natasha informed me that some folks I had spent some time actually searching for surfaced, I had to come here and send my greetings. I'll catch up on your posts another time, however, as my time is limited around here. Sounds like quite a story.Tabloid Hound wrote:This is Tabloid Hound with a quick post.
