You come into a place to remember the dead, and you show no respect, you show yourselves unworthy of anything resembleing respect, you people have no sense of culture, or even a sense of right or wrong. How about I throw a party on top of your families graves wherever they were interred?
Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare.

Kei you are right in that we should have started a new thread elsewhere. But we have not, this is not out of disrespect thou. It is more a case of for some of us that we have been too busy to think about it. This is not an excuse so much as an explaination. We will try to move futher comentary elsewhere.
To find the darkness you have walk in the shadows.
Better yet, could someone move these many digressions into an alternate location?
Thanks!
Frankly, I'm with Kei, far too little respect has been granted to the deceased around here.

I will apologize for the harshness of my outburst. This is however, the only place that some people who were important to me are honored.
May all of the fallen, listed and not, have the peace that they all deserve so well.

Well, I'm happy to see that my name hasn't shown up on that list. Luckily after all that has happened I'm stikk among the living.
Kolya, I'm sorry after asking for your assistance then setting up a meeting that I was unable to meet you. It seems that the creatures my former team and I uncovered in that cave were brought together by humans, humans that figured out who I was and tried to kill me by blowing up my house. Luckily I escaped and now that I have a new base of operations, and a new support team, I can come out of hiding. Anyways, more later in a different post...

Come to think of it . . .

Come to think of it, we haven’t heard from Fate in a while, either . . .

Re: The Official List of the Fallen
Well, I came here out of some morbid curiousity.
With my long absence, I was curious if anyone had noticed.
And ouch, no one did.
My own fault of course, being primarily a lurker when I was here. Perhaps I will make more of an impact this time out.
That is quite beside the point, however.
What quite caught me off guard were the number of names that I remember that are now MIA or KIA.
Names such as Celeste Darken, PSC27, Debunker, Father Arden, Huntress, Tabloid Hound and Ellijah Sight... these were all people I remember reading as they actively posted here. And now they're all gone?
This is very sad.
One can only hope that more will step up to take up the slack to face what is to come.
Even more hopefully, some of these veterans may yet return to the fold.

Celeste Darken is still here...kinda. She's posting as Eilonwy Solstice. And she's no longer a vampire.
I am not A bitch...I am THE bitch. And to you, I'm MS Bitch.
Re: The Official List of the Fallen
I'm sooooo out of the loop. Is this thread for a game that someone is running? For the message board here made by palladium? or for shits and giggles? If it's for the message board here, I guess I should have been on the list as MIA and taken off today... Someone clear up my confusion please, I'm so lost.
I am who you are not.

Buddy ain't you in the wrong place.... Palladium....game? What is this guy talking about?

Of course she's not.
Someone has to man the "reality check station" around here, and it might as well be me.
Re: The Official List of the Fallen
Deacon, this is precisely the type of comments that upset people around here. Miss Darken was a vampire, she died and came back as Miss Solstice.
I just wish you would have met her before so that perhaps you could have had the proof you needed to believe that there are things out there that can't be proven by scientific methods, that and just because it goes against what most of the people in the world believe doesn't mean it isn't or can't be true.

He’s not upsetting . . .
Soph, don’t worry; he’s not upsetting me. If he wants to voice his disbelief, he’s perfectly welcome.
However, may I ask you to voice it elsewhere, Mr. Deacon? This topic was supposed to be dedicated to those who have fallen for our cause.

Miss Solstice, I was just trying to help him communicate with us, if no one tells him when he is making comments that upset people then how is he going to learn.
If he truly wants to find the truth, then he needs to learn how to talk to people who don't believe the way he does, or believe in things he doesn't.
I wasn't trying to be derogatory to him, just helpful.

No, Debunker and Huntress haven't posted in a while, but they aren't dead. At least, they weren't dead.

Well, I did say 'gone', not 'dead' deliberately.
And I ended my post with the the hope that some might return.

A growing trend . . .

Others have. Hopefully it will be a growing trend.
