An innocent person is willing to subject themselves to effective lie detectors in order to affirm innocence. I was merely offering an effective lie detector test so that Angel could affirm her innocence. I don't think that's being disagreeable.

Problem: Most lie detectors can be fooled. In my experience, this includes the intelligent ones.

Potential Solution: Find a way around it. According to my runes, she wasn't responsible, doesn't know who is responsible, and wasn't anywhere remotely near her father the night it happened... I'm getting some odd responses for the question, "Who killed Susan's father?" I'll get back to y'all once I figure out what they're trying to tell me...

I was only half serious at the start about Scotty. But having him grinning in a dark corner might get the result we're looking for. Furthermore, it takes a lot of training an dpractice to defeat a polygraph.

Any leads on who might have murdered her father?

All current technological lie detection can be fooled with proper training, do magical methods have the same drawbacks of relying on nervous response?
