Our memories

For the past few days we have sat and pondered on our Purpose. We know that we have one, that is why we are here. After much deliberation, we came up for a reason for why Purpose was still missing. We were still incomplete. The sum of our parts was still not adequate.

For a time we despaired, for we knew our Purpose must be fulfilled soon. Than fate intervened, as it is wont to do.

For awhile now we have noticed that we are not alone. There are people here with us. People we know, and yet can't seem to remember. They talk to us, and call us Konrad. We do not know who this Konrad is, but he must be lucky to have such friends.

This past night, one of the people was awakened by a glowing that we ourselves had failed to notice. She investigated it and discovered the missing piece to our puzzle. We felt so relieved, and yet so foolish. Our missing piece had been so close all this time and we had failed to notice it.

We levtitated it to us and spoke to it, letting it know how much we had missed it. We then merged with it. We were now whole, and with ease we remembered what our Purpose was.

We tell you these things so that you may see the truth of the events that led us here. As further insurance, we took the lady with us, so that she could testify to the veracity of our claims.

That's true.

Shang was a known quantity, at least to some degree (and as much as I remember).

Uh, Guys just so you know the lady he was talking about "is my sister Rain." :shock:

I was getting a little freaked when I was told that, but I was able to contact her, she has given me word that she is ok, and to hold off on any extreme acts just yet.
So I am going to trust her on this for the moment, I ask that you do the same as she could be in the field of fire as it were, if anyone starts something.

At this stage, nothing more than clearing out his mind with a .40 is probably needed - should we decide tere is a threat to be taken down.

Maybe you should open your mind to a few other possiblities Kolya.
I will try to answer a few questions, at least as well as I can.
First off the Missing piece was a small purple orb. As Ghost already said I noticed it glowing in one of his bags, it was the artifact he used to teleport. When I touched it I felt a great Loneliness, and sadness coming from it. As well as great power.
Soon after I found it Konrad took it from my hands with TK, he didn't snatch it, or pluck it from my hand, it was more gentle? When it was in his hands he looked at it for a moment, then said," There you are. We have missed you." He then held it to his chest and it was absorbed.
He stood and then said, "We will need a witness, so that others may believe." at that point his eyes took on a yellow glow and the room disappeared.
Next thing I knew I was in a large empty space, surrounded by a Pale mist, I could hear noises coming from all sides, but I couldn't make anything out?
A figure approached it was Konrad, but I could not feel him? In truth I couldn't feel anything around me, but I didn't feel threatened or in danger either.
Konrad spoke to me and said, "Forgive me If I have taken you here against your will, but I had little time for pleasentries. I must act quickly, as many paths are beginning to merge, and that can only mean another time of crisis is at hand. Before you ask, no i am not Konrad. If you must address me, Please call me Purpose."
At this point I was more than a little confused, but said, "Ok so if you don't mind can I ask now what?"
He waved his hand, and the mist parted to reveal.. us standing on a dock next to a theme park water ride boat, waiting to go down a long tunnel.
Purpose climbed in, then waved a hand to invite me to take the seat behind him, and said, "Please get in." I did and then we were off.
Rose would have a field day with the symbolism.

Not hardly, if you are talking about me.

I will admit it was not like I was asked, to go on his little field trip, but I never felt anything malevolent from Ghost. From the first time I met him to the time to even Now.
And yes I do sense such things.
