He did the paperwork - quie well, I had to go through weeks of courses to get my liscence - I don't know where he did his training since it seems to have been an off the cuff thing.

As near as I can tell he did everythign on the up and up - though he ate (literaly) two guns and a stock of ammo.

He claimed in his letter that he was doing it to keep an income flowing for Hannah.
