There's no 2 year curse to my knowledge Shadow, just that time tends to increase the odds of evil fate having her way with you.

True - even Azreal found himself biting off more than he could chew.

Not to speak ill of the assumed dead, but Ben Holister was a pompous asshole with serious control issues. Don't get me wrong, I respected him and considered him a peerless warrior. It was his mental issues that I found contemptible. I mean, you even gave him a small psychic nudge and he went to pieces, literally. His subconcious spawned these god-awful personalities, which did not speak well for his subconcious. I was hoping that after Dark had vacated his mind that we would see some closure on this, but instead it seemed that his subconcious bled into his concious mind. He became more focused on the battle than the war. He started trying to turn the Society into something resembling a militant strike-force.
Perhaps i'm being too harsh, and maybe my assesment is off, but this is how I see it. If he is dead, than may he rest in peace. Should he still be alive, than this is where we stand.

Konrad Andreas is at peace. I am something new.

If Holister is gone, I will say one thing. It will be nice to not have Holister picking fights with Ron in every thread though. It is one thing to have a difference of opinion, it is another to go looking for fights.

I don't mean Ben ill. He was on the right side in this war after all.
But I wasn't really all that torn up by the loss from Bucharest - guy dives into things without backup or planning - it's a relief that he only took the bad guys with him.
He's also lucky that we didn't face to face while he was still threatening to kill me - I don't give people a chance to make good on stuff like that.
