A contact such as Koyla is exeptionally valuable Ron Caliburn, I do not want him to risk his position for anything here. In dealing with peoples that have access to high clearance information, it is just as important to pay attention to what they "dont know" and what they "can't say". Often a great deal of information can be gathered just by understanding how the information you seek is being classified.

I am preparing an English translation now.

You'd think I could find someone to do this for me.

If allowed please send me a copy in the language of origin, I can handle my own translations from the cyrillic, tovarischt. - Gods the english alphabet mangles things badly from languages that don't use it.

Kei, I have forwarded you the 100 page report. As you will see 90% of the lines are blocked out with thick black marker. I have forwarded a condensed version in the original Russian as well to improve readability. I have also included my version of the report in Russian and here in English.

Well another stargazer from Petropavlovsk (Kamchatka) saw a few things are just now making its way to us.

He saw the flare and most are dropping the scramjet theory and the aircraft bouncing on the atmosphere theory (unless that observed streak on the photograph was the craft turning into a shooting star).

Using binoculars he said he could see the satellite (even when not flaring it is possible to see some satellites with the naked eye so it is certainly possible he saw it with binocs) long before and after its flare.

We figured out a while back already that the print we received had been cropped to fit the envelope, but only after Kei gave her feedback. So the streak tapers as would be expected with a flare. But now we have another report from the eyewitness of the flare. So we are going with the flare idea for now.

Whatever this craft that flared was it was in Earth's orbit. A few alien crafts come straight to Earth without orbiting. Usually on direction of a channeler. Most of them orbit us looking for a place to land and doing general intel gathering. As expected.

Katya worked out the orbit and we have some terrestrial and space assets tracking it. No one is claiming ownership but we are on its track.

Still, I am not resting easy. UFOs and aliens always put me on edge. Can't say I miss those days.

Don't the Russians still have a sattelite with a 30 mm cannon on it?
