watching so long you feel like family? That's an awfully stalker-ish mindset...

I agree with Bert though, an actual introduction as to who you really are would be nice.

Oh man, I didn’t mean it to come across like that. It’s just Fate has had us watching over you guy’s for one reason or another for so long. It’s just, I know some of you guy’s so well that I kind of feel like a silent part of your family’s. You don’t know what it’s like to watch someone about to hit there head on a counter top or about to back up into something and trip or break a dish and you can’t say “Hey watch out!” I personally spent the last year and a half watching over KT and his family. The three year ago I was watching over Bert and so on, and so on. We are to observe and protect.

As for a formal introduction, I’m Special Agent Godhand, weapons expert and chief of special ops. I’ve been with Greybeard for about 10yrs and before that I did freelance work for the U.S. Army. I’m 6’3 and 190lbs. I enjoy playing pool and shooting darts at the Fiddlers Green pub while having a pint and long motorcycle rides. I met Pendragon in an ally way during a fire fight, but I really haven met anyone else. So I hope that sums it up.

Like I said in the other post, I’m here to act as an emissary to Greybeard while Fate is away, so if you need anything I’m the man to talk to. I’ll try and check the boards as often as possible.

How do we know this guy isn't lying. For all we know this guy is one of Loki's goons who is seeking payback. Some assassin who has probably killed Fate and is sodomizing his corpse right now!

No hard feelings about trashing your ride or giving you the slip ok?

Now, if you want to hate me for jamming your radio too that's fine.

You were the one jamming my radio! I thought I had broke the darn thing. I threw it away half way back to my banged up jeep (I needed new tiers anyway.)

That would be a good idea. I owe an explanation to Legacy. I've been too busy lately to do anything about it.

His first stop is in Venezuela, just a lay over. His next stop is in Brazil, from there he’s headed to a small unnamed island southeast of Macapa. There is supposed to be a Temple there that holds actual proof of this “Lord of the Deep” but we’ll have to wait and see. After that he hops another flight and heads to Argentina, form there he will hop a ride to Cape Horn, all the way at the bottom of the continent. He didn’t tell me why he was headed to the Cape, but then again he doesn’t tell me a lot of things.

So depending on where he takes off from, he might be going over the Triangle.

I belive that this is the text you were thinking of Holister

That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons even death may die

And thet the name of the city is R'lyeh.

I have encountered evidence of 2 types of cults regarding many of the entities in Mr. Lovecraft's work.

1. Cults of fanboys or Otaku who are trying way to hard to emulate the cults that Mr. Lovecraft wrote about.

2. Darker, more secretive groups who's rituals do have an effect, who do not seem to base their workings on Mr. Lovecrafts works, but rather something far more primal.

I am not sure if the second type is merely using public conciousness to privide names for unknown poweers, if their own belief makes their system works, or if the things that Mr. Lovecraft wrote of do exist on this earth.

Looking forward to getting photos of this temple, professional curiosity and all.

Lovecrafts imaginative story tellings were, as far as any evidence I have found, imagintive story tellings.

But hey, I've encountered end of the world cults that sincrely expected Zor to be summoned by the union of the gatekeeper and the keymaster. SOme in their party had power . . . especially the btwinged thing that was hiding in the next room during rituals.

I suspect that whatever is goign on here does not include a Lovecraftian entity - though may have something nasty playing up the titles for all they can.
