Re: Redemption?

I get the story and it is a good metaphor that a single good deed can bring us redemption from our sins, so one thing.

I've been kind to others, where the hell is my redemption?
Do I have to die before I can be brought back into the good light of the world?

Re: With more and more people in the world; why.............?

If science is a fairy-tale... I do believe my statement was misconstrued. I never said science was a fairy tale, science does exist and it betters the lives of the "normal" people while trying to explain us away. I simply said that the lives that the "normal" people live is a fa...

Re: With more and more people in the world; why.............?

I didn't choose to see this side of the world we live in I was forced into it. I don't like it, but I haven't left. I'm obligated to continue with my task for all the right reasons and my personal redemption.

Re: What price do we pay?

I guess your right that we aren't responsible for the hell that we endure.

But whether or not you made the right decision is in your mind, if you say that its the right choice then its the right choice.

Re: What price do we pay?

I fully agree with you Michael and Ron. This shadow war is full of difficult choices. Some on a large scale, others on a more discrete level, both have affects that are far reaching. I myself have had to make choices that I regret the decisions I made, but thats life, its the hell that we make it.

Re: Skeptics score.

I'd really love to see London turned into a nightmare city after that, because basically they're trying to discredit the last people that are providing any real help or defend them from the very nameless fears that haunt them, and go bump in the night. I have to Semi agree on this one, but that jus...

Re: My Return

No, I wasn't searching for anything. Just left, to get away. Didn't plan on a timeframe to be gone. It just came out to be nearly a decade(?).

My Return

I have returned from spending at least a decade in the wilderness, running from myself. It was the early ninties, I think, when I left. I returned in 2003 and was reluctant, and quite distracted, to recontact the Society.

It feels good to be back, but its a pain to get my life back on track.
