Missing a stundent.

Post by Greydawn »

I awoke this morning feeling like getting up and about for the first time in two weeks, recovery is slow and the doctor told me I need a lot of rest. The problem is that young Sophoroto was not here to tell me to go back to bed. I asked Mr. Phillip if he had seen Sophoroto, he told me he hadn't seen him since yesterday morning at his lessons. He then said he would search for him and for me to go back to bed. He came back in about 30 minutes ago and told me Sophoroto isn't any where on the grounds, and that some of the books in the library are gone, the ones on dimensions and dimensional travel.

I hate to have to ask, but I am in no shape to travel let alone do battle, so I ask you if any of you could help find him and return him home safely?

Sasha spent time with Sophoroto (and Scotty and Magdalena for that matter).
I'm sure we can find some availability if you can find a way it'd be beneficial in finding the wayward teen.

Be sure to get in touch with me Greydawn, if you think I can help. I'd like help you recover young Sophoroto. And I promise I haven't encouraged him to misbehave since he blew up the boathouse.

Magdalena, check your private messages. It seems that Natasha noticed something about the runes on that glass jar that may be helpful in your case. And I hope our paths cross very soon so I can give you that $100. :P

Hopefully he's just run off like some teens are wont for a bit and staying out of trouble.
The first question is, in my mind, would he want to run off?
If so, why?
Given that, where would he be most likely to go?
Question everything.

Second answer: Not telling, I am safe though, haven't done anything stupid, yet.

What is the difference between me and anyone else here that would try and help you Mr. Gabriel? I will find a way to help you if I get hurt is it any different than you, Mr. Greydawn, Mr. KonThaak, Mr. Caliburn, or any other person here. Is it because I am just a KID that doesn't "know" what is good for me?

You can get angry with me but guess what I am not stupid and I am not coming to your aid with blinders on I will help you and yes I may get hurt, but that is a risk I am willing to take to help someone here that has helped save so many others here, so JUST SHUT UP AND EXCEPT THE HELP THAT IS OFFERED.

Shit, have to patch my tent now.

No one has said you are stupid or don't know what you are doing Soph. What I am saying is you need more help if you are going to help Gabriel. I did some things in my youth that nearly got me killed, I don't want you to go through that pain. I will help and I don't think you are unable to help, I think you need to relize when you need help. An adult knows when to ask for help, I think you are old enough to relize this.

Don't make this harder on Greydawn or other friends.

Mr. Michael T, I know I need help to do this, especially if I am going to be able to help Mr. Gabriel. I just want to have a plan to show those that come to help, not just have them go and do it. I know it will probably need to be tweaked, and possibly after input from you guys scapped all together but I want to come to you guys with something other than we need to help him how do we do it.

Putting aplan together to present is fine, runiing off into hiding is not. I do not belive Greydawn would prevent you from putting together a plan at all. The real worry is there are things that will home in on you and not be nice when they find you. As you are still in training it is Greydawns resposibility to insure you are not hurt but unnessacry risks. All mages have to expose them selves to danger at some point, but it is not quite time for you to do so with out back up.

Come back to the house and we can work out a plan as a group, you can present what you have and we can see if we can add to it or not. Then you can work out the next phase.

Soph you get bonus points for bravery, now how about earning some more for being smart as we know you are, and either go back home, or tell us where to find you.

Hi Gabe,

Instead of trying to tell Soph to go away, maybe you should work with him in such a way that he doesn't have to go into that palce to help you out wherever it is.

Hannah

PS: I'd like to help you too, but Dad says I'm not supposed to go out and try to save the world before I'm old enough to vote.
