What happened? Where am I? Why do I feel I know this place? Have I been here before?

Ben...? Where are you, man?

I....I don't know. How did I...get here. Why does your name sound so familiar? Do I know you some how?

Yeah, you do... Can you describe where you are?

I am in the woods. In a cabin by a deserted lake. It...seems so peacful. The water is so still. I wish I knew how I got here? Why does this place seem so familiar?

Ben... If you use the "Search" function here on the forums, you can look up your previous posts. If you look at your first posts, that might help jog your memory...

He could be on the set of a horror movie.

Those posts....I did that? I don't remember writing any of those. All I remember is...a blinding white light and voices. Such haunting voices. I woke up here, alone. A fire was set in the hearth and food was set on the table as though it had just been prepared. There was a note on this computer that read www.lazlosociety.org. So I looked it up. I do not remember ever logging on to this site before, but I must have. Eveything is such a blank.

Well, most of us here can draw you a picture, but it won't be pretty. At least not the last parts. Prepare yourself.

And you've stolen my font.

Yeah, Ben... It's up to you to decide whether or not to pursue the past, which will probably come back to haunt you anyway, or to try and turn your back on it, and try to live your own life...

Either which way, we'll be here to try and help support your decision.

How do I know you folks? I see with my own eyes that I have been here before, but I can not remember any of it. How do you know me? What can you tell me about what happened? Why is my mind so...fuzy each time I try to remember?

Thank you for the offer of help, even though I am not quite sure who you all are. Maybe someone can fill me in on where I might be or if I knew any of you folks personally?

Many of us knew you, but I think there is one of us who would be delighted to help you.

Well, I think that person would much rather reveal themselves. But I assure you it will be a pleasent surprise. For you both.

I will take your word for it. I do have another question I would like to impose; What do I do for a living? I do not appear to be disabled or anything. Is this my cabin? I must do something other than sit at a computer all day? I do not seem really good at it.

Mr. Holister you were a Law Enforcement Officer. Hope you get your memories back and start feeling better.

My mentor Mr. Greydawn says that your are a good man and we hope to see you return to that which you were when he first met you.

From what I was told, yes, you cared very much for the people in your town and made sure they were safe from all types of danger even the kind that most don't know exist.

You were more than just a Cop, Ben. You were the Sheriff of an entire town, and even then that was only just scratching the surface. I myself owe you a number of favors that I don't know if I'll ever get a chance to pay back. The same goes for my counterpart in this region, Sakura Moyotada. Her private investigation business, as well as other members of my team here owe you.

I am a sheriff of an entire town? That I find hard to believe, but according to you folks I did seem to do alot of good. Maybe it is not too far fetched as it sounds? Did I have any freinds on this site? Any enemies? I would just like to know. Where was I a sheriff?

Like HE knows? It sounds like he's alone, and has no idea who he is or anything. Don't start laying down the heavy crap now.

Well, to be honest, there was a while where I wasn't too fond of you, but we were most definetely not enemies.

I think most of the people around here were your friends. A little dysfunctional, but pretty close.

How do you know Molly? Did I mention her somehow before? I think...I think she is my niece. It is all so foggy. Can I ask another question? Did I have a dog? I see several photographs on the wall with me a German Shepard. It may explain the dog food in the closet and the food bowl.

Yeah, you had a dog... He helped you with your job as a sheriff, and helped watch over Molly.

My best guess is that right now, you're in Cypress Cove, Maine, in your old cabin... I don't know where your niece or your pup are. I don't know if anyone does...
