Hey I am all for Ben venting instead of repressing his emotions, as we see what happened before. I just think he needs to vent in the right directions is all. And when he goes looking for Molly if he asks I will back him up best I can.

Like Sasha said, got a run of real free time today and the better part of yesterday.

Meetings were rescheduled and all the debriefings from Operation Silver Strike have more or less ended. Other teams are handling the follow-on operations and we have hit a stage in the planning where we really cannot move forward without some more intel, which other teams are handling. We have been granted a break in our fairly fast tempo'd pace of operations.

So I thought I would catch up a bit on the boards. See what everyone was up to and chew the fat with some of the folks around here.

I have something to say so listen up. I have been focusing all my aggression towards Kolya and I appologize. I still think hes a miserable SOB that needs to have his head handed to him royally, but what I said earlier today, that just wasn't cool.

I have a a new duty and I need to be more professional.

I would just like Kolya to stop being so damn irratating.

Im sure he's a "good enough guy" once you get to know him and all, but I have little patience or diplomacy left in me.

I would like to make a point if I may. I have worked with Kolya a couple of times now and I have trusted him not only with my life but the lives of my team. That is not something I do litely, Kolya has my trust and respect.

Being the obnoxious prick that I am, I disagree mostly.

Grieving is one thing. I understand some people need to do it. But losing self-control is unacceptable. Like Sasha said, venting and being anal leakage are very different things. I think we know which is the healthy one.

But Holister is not creative enough to insult me, although his inability to bring himself under control is unfortunate, especially for someone with his skillset and training. Between the chumps I have met at Black Badge and some work in DC, I really worry about him.

If he is not careful he will burn the wrong bridge, one he may desperately need someday.

As for repenting, he did not come close to even partially apologising. Apologies with as many conditions as he gave is just more of the same insults; nothing like an apology.

There is no excuse for his behaviour, but I have been asked to give him a lot of latitude by people I respect, so that is exactly what I am going to do.

That is all there is to it as far as I am concerned.
