Any Friday 13th stories?
Maybe it too early to tell yet...

I had a craptacular bout of luck at work, today... Out of the entire day, almost every lighted intersection was red, I had to wait no less than a minute every time I tried to make a left turn onto anything besides a residential neighborhood street (one time waited more than 5 minutes), people were egregiously rude all day, and I got cut off quite a bit more than I normally do...
So, all in all, just crappy luck. Nothing spectacular.

Well, I'm stuck up here in Maine, snowed in, with Bert and Kelly. Oh yeah, and a raving psycopath who happens to be inhabiting a fellow hunter's body.
Actually, this has been a rather good day.

Only the luck to end up with a half dozen laptops with bad hard drives in them. Spent most of my weekend trying to recover data from the failed drives and getting the replacements into the field.
It's what we get for ordering them in bulk.

For once I didn't get mauled on the 13th . . . they waited until the 15th.

Is it that one thing? With that one guy?
Hopefully you get to tell this story. I think it is an interesting one.

I read about that. Sounds like it would have been ok if they had waited even longer. We are all proud of you Hannah, not as much as your Pa, of course, because that would be impossible.

The only odd thing at REC was that nothing odd happened. However, I suppose that was a good thing.

Yep only one in 2008, in June.
Thank you Stalin Eugenics Program.

What does Stalin's eugenics program have to do with that?

How does one become an expert in that?

Not sure, but thankfully she did.
Well, I think she is more into numbers, especially the unlucky ones.

Lucky (?) you.

Well, it does limit the reasons I have for calling her up.

So, find some non-numerical interests you can share.
Russian Bears need time in the mating cave too.

If you want to be conventional, sure.
