An...odd...little girl

We have come across a couple of little girls now with the ability to speak and understand any spoken language we throw at them. I am pretty sure I posted about one of them, at least.
We found another one, sort of.
She can only communicate in a sort of telepathic way, but it is not telepathy exactly. You just need to look into her eyes and you can have a normal although silent conversation with her. She cannot speak at all; her vocal chords simply do not function.
If you ever see Sasha talking to a spirit, it is just like that.
But this one is furthermore different as she has visitations by spirts. They are not evil but they tell the girl they do not want Sasha around. They tell her about current events. She knows embassy-level things about Bolivia for example. Yea, Bolivia. And this little girl comes form a village whose name (Shapki) translates literally into "hats" way out in the middle of nowhere, which is most of Russia, I know.
The spirits do not answer her questions or otherwise communicate with her other than telling her strange things about what is going on in far away places in the world.
Also we recently uncovered that she has total recall, naturally. This little girl is nt expending any energy to do these things. That is what makes it even more odd than it already is.
