Sheriff Ben Holister - is this your work?

I was recently visited by a group of "gentlemen" In black suits yesterday. Something about "knowing what you are up to" and "kicking your faggot ass back to japan". I do hope the NSA man's wrist and shoulder recover soon, as my attourney has informed the INS who came to try to take my tourist visa, this one goes to a judge, and those words and his attempt to carry them through (idiot forgot to check the hotel paking garage for cameras, I didn't.) put me in the right.
What I find most entertaining, is the fact that the things they are accusing me of are more subtle than anything I have done for quite some time. I cannot wait to hear more of my schemes and plans in the courtroom. I have not commited any crimes in this country, and my whereabouts can be proven for any part of my trip. (always under the camera unless there is a reason not to be)
If this is your doing sheriff, thanks for providing the entertainment for my vacation to your country. (P.S. I hope they arent your friends, because now I am going to take their careers from them. I do not suffer abuse kindly.)

Hello Hideoshi
As Im currently in Miss. right now getting my ass shot at, dodging pissed off spirits, and trying to build a case against an entire tow, I don't think I really have time for you or your paranoia.
As you put it; if it was NSA or Homeland Security, your asses would be in a ferderal holding cell rght now asking or water instead of lawyers. Whoever went after you, not us, sides, I only deal with my own team.
Sounds like yuo went and pissed someone off real bad. But congratulations on beating up some American citizens, Ill be sure to press assault charges later, but in the mean time, make your self useful and get Master Li some help. He is dire need of spiritual healing right now. This town chewed him up and spit him out like day old Red Man.

Ben, weren't you using illegal weapons on the oil rig? Last I checked, it wasn't quite legal for a law enforcement agent outside of his jurisdiction to carry and use ballistics of any caliber.
Ashikaga-san had his honor impugned and was rather justifiably insulted. Also, Ashikaga-san did say that the man assaulted him, and that assault was caught on camera...
Maybe we could cut him some slack? He's not an American citizen after all, and while even I hesitate to paint him as a victim, he was verbally and physically assaulted, himself.
Don't get me wrong... I'm not threatening you, Ben. I'm just saying that none of us are perfect, and while we may not all agree with each other, throwing around the law that way...well...some may start seeing it as being a little...unfair. Overly harsh.
It's not fair that he targeted you, and believed you to be responsible for the attacks, I'll admit...but let's cut him some slack, at least in this case.

KT, once again, I did not do it.
I had nothing to do with it. I am in Mississippii remember? If Mr Egg Roll went and pissed someone off, and hes good at that, then he deserves to get his ass kicked. I on the otherhand do not take the into my own hands.
Another thing KT, on the rig, I was a meat puppet for a psychotic CIA operative gone postal. I did not carry the weapons, I was the weapon.

I know you didn't do it. I didn't say you did.
You were threatening to level assault charges at him... I was trying to politely ask if we could just let it drop, instead.

Um...thats not for for you or me to decide, he did admit to it, and if they were federal agnets of any kind, hes got some splain' to do.
Thats the law KT, sorry, can't get round that.
But as I said, I have other problems right now that take presidence over his sorry butt.

Would you like me to send you the case number so you can be a "character witness" Mr. Holister? The assault charges are being pressed, these matters unfortunately have me a little detained. (this hotel does not have all the attractions of my last one, but my stay will be short).
They tried to hold me without charges and then went to the assault frame up to keep me. No worries, I will be free as soon as they realize that they can prove no wrong doing, other than a tape that shows 2 men approach me, speak some strong words, and one of them start to spin me by the shoulder before I threw him. As I have already stated, I actually do hope his wrist and shoulder heal well, as my intention was not to break them, unfortunately he resisted the throw and tried to maintain his grip on my shoulder.
As for why I asked the sheriff if this was his work, I remember his promises to me when I arrived in this country to spend a great deal of money repaying a favor that was most benificial to you all. Or have you forgotten the events when I arrived, and the threats leveled at my visa, and my freedom?
(grand jury tommorow - things move fast when you send tapes like that to your consulate - the question is, Mr. Holister, should I see to it the tape is "leaked"?)

My attourney was just by and said they added "destruction of government property" to the list of charges. My attourney was as puzzled as I am, can anyone explain please - I did not destroy, or break anything since i got here to my knowledge, unless the government owned the little glass dragon I knocked over in the gift shop last week, but I paid for that. (it should be a crime what they charged for that little thing - not even by faberge' or tiffany's, but you couldnt tell that by the price)

Ashikaga-san... I know you were insulted. I know it is not my place to apologize for them. But leaking those tapes seems to be a serious offense in this country... Tampering with the jury before the trial, and whatnot...
So for your own sake, please refrain... That's advice more than it is anything else. If it gets leaked, and they trace it back to you, things might not go as far your way as they should...
Li-sensei needs you too badly for you to risk things like that. And as for me... You've gone this long without doing anything wrong. I would hate to see you tarnish that record...

In this country, like my own it is not what has been done that goes to trial, but what can be proven, who can sway the minds of men. You make me out to be too good a man KonThaak. I am just not currently on business. As for leaking the tapes I have not yet decided if an "international incident" would help my goals or hinder them. I wasn't going to leak them here, but rather get them to the 1:00 am news crews back home (best time to catch all but the top of the corp. ladder with the coverage)
I didn't bother to ask if he was involved in the destruction of my tokyo penthouse suite - that did not seem his style, explosives I could see him doing, explosives in a large hotel, I think not. Mr. Holister has struck me as a law enforcer with honor, so I had to ask if the frame up was his doing given the promises he made on my arrival.
My apologies Mr. Holister for any insult you took from my asking if my arrest was your putting that 1st promise behind us.

I'm not intending to make you out to be too good a person, Ashikaga-san... I don't believe in "good" and "evil", per se.
It's just that you haven't broken the law yet, and I'd hate to see your hands dirtied over a prejudiced fool.

Ashikaga-san I am no friend to you but I am no enemy either. Out of respect to master Li and my own curiosity If you wish I will look into what is going on with your situation.

All the arguments aside, I think Ben had the right idea, despite the beligerant tone he put it in...
Ashikaga-san, you may have enemies on this side of the waters that tried to turn you over to the cops. And despite what KT says, I do belive that you should not only keep MULTIPLE copies of that tape, and share them as soon as possible. It's not actualy illegal to do so, unless they've drawn a jury for this, which it is FAR too soon for them to have done so.
Anyone remember a certain black motorist in California? Find an appriciative person in the local television stations, talk to someone from your embasy, and push it fast. It will probably force them to drop the charges.
I'm going to say Government Property was somthing the man was wearing when he was thrown, or carrying. And I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Ben has NOTHING to do with this one. He might arrest you in person, but not call the feds down on ya.

So, you want him to force a Trial by Media? Sounds good so long as he doesn't have a reputation to be dredged up.
Posted: Sat Feb 03, 2007 11:17 am
by KonThaak
The reputation is a worry, though I didn't realize it wasn't illegal to do that at all.
In that case, my counsel was wrong, Ashikaga-san... I apologize.

Concidering that the only charges against him are minor ones, stemming from the assault, and that he's still in his hotel room rather than a holding cell? It's alot better to make this a Media issue. Make sure people know what happened and fast, and they'll be forced to drop things.
If they had any real charges, they would have hit him with them, rather than just those two.

Back in my hotel room, communications monitored, with some silly ankle bracelet on. Almost like they expect me to run. The man might have worked for your government, but it is still legal to defend yourself from attack isn't it?
My attourney arrives tommorow, I have made the consulate aware of my situation, and of the tape. (the police now have the original disc - I now possess the back up drive with the live recording)

It depends if the grand jury considers what he did as excessive force or legaly sanctioned restraint of a non co-operative individual.
Soit is all subjective . . . but there is the time it will take for things to be pushed through.

I'm really really getting tired of America and its judicial system nit-picking over necissary force and excessive force and lethal force and all that bullshit over defending one's self, especially for those of us that have had hand-to-hand training of some kind.

Somedays KT, you stand out like a Clanmans at a Black Panther rally.
Seriously though, I am so lost it is not funny. I had to sleep in my car for Pete's sake.
As far as I can tell, Im in West Virginia some where.
Saw some strange town a wee bit back, but it seemed deserted.
Might head back and get directions.
Tal to yall later.

You could be in Russia.
Entire villages just up and leave, but the explanation is pretty much a no-brainer.

Perhaps he carried a Personal Locator Beacon?
He was posting messages during his return. Someone should be trying to figure out from where he sent those messages.
With the contacts that he has, more than a local rescue helicopter floating around has been mobilised to find him; I am talking about psychics, remote viewers, and channelers.

They also have some leads, too. He is tough, so do not start to worry ... yet.
