Top Soviet Fencer Secretly Doppelganger

In the interest of cutting the tension around here, I will share an interesting finding of the past week...
While reading
this book, I stumbled across an interesting fact. Boris Onishenko, the top Soviet Fencer who, in the 1976, was found to be cheating through the use of an altered epee, is rumored to have died in... 1999, I believe it was, his body found floating in a gymnasium pool.
And yet there are at least three seperate people who claim to have spoken to him since... one in person.
What's that tell you?

That he's an intelligent zombie, come back to skewer our brains on his mighty epee of doom!
...Sorry. Stress brings about my attempts to force humor. I know it doesn't work that well.

Humor is one of the essential psychological defense mechanisms...
Just look at me, after all: I'd be absolutely LOONEY if I didn't let it out in jokes and pop-culture references.

I'd lose myself to my inner rage, call myself Gabriel, and would likely be one of the group villains. o_O
Fun stuff.

I don't see yourself as a Gabriel. Maybe an Azrael.

Best to go with Lucifer I think, if only because you get a certain degree of overflow from the Gaiman/Sandman fangirls.

He can't, for two reasons. One, he's married. Two, because then I'd be bound by my real first name to kill him.
I think Gabriel is much better.

Nah, my inner demon's been calling himself Gabe since high school.

So there is two of him running around (though one apparently is already dead).
I think I can understand that more than I used to.

Ron, I was hoping you wouldn't see this thread for a long while.

Double-checked the book: he's supposed to have died in '91 (whoops), yet some radio show interviewed him in 2000... on top of the other posthumous sightings.

(lol) Sounds like the Rusky obituraries screwed up and listed yet another person dead when they weren't. Typographical errors or clerical misktakes tend to at times list particular people as dead when the are not. In backwards post blockade countries this tends to happen alot.

How many dead people vote in America?

At last coun (I am not making this up) in the 2004 elections, nearly 10,000 supposedly "dead" people turned ou to vote. Im of course not including the state of Florida

I'll give you good odds that a majority of those 'dead' votes came from Chicago.
We have a LONG history of the dead voting in general elections.

Itspossible, our president has been an animated thing for 8 years now.

That's where you're wrong, Holister... It's the VP that's a zombie.

Yes, the President is a Necromancer... hence why the VP is the zombie

Look at most of the spellcasters we fight, and ask 'Are they intelegent?'.
I swear, tho, noone gives Dubya enough credit. He's not a moron, he's a fumblemouthed hick. I think we all know one or two people (On this board) who talk like they don't know where they are going from the begining of a sentance to the end, but they'll outsmart 90% of the world with ease.
Just because you don't like the man, doesn't make him dumb. And Potato SHOULD be spelt PotatoE, we just bastardized it in America. Colour, Armour, so on and so forth...
A man's worth is not in the words he speaks, but in his deeds. Say what you will about Iraq, anyone who investigates the issue will tell you the problem is because Iran and Syria (Both enemies of ours) are sending troops and weapons to the people trying to overthrow the elected government. It's not a Civil War, it's still Terrorism.
That's my political rant of the day, don't get me started on more. My only request for all of you... You don't trust any one source on information on the supernatural, why do you do that when it comes to the natural?

Oh man, our resident soul eatin' elemental warlock is a Repulican.

They both keep me up at night. >_>
And Windner was apparently far more intelligent than any of us gave him credit for.
I'm still going through the notes I got from Bloodbane (Creator rest his soul) through Ron...
Though in Adama's defense, a lot of times in the past, 90% of the biggest disagreements we've had have been methodology. We've agreed on the problems, we've agreed on the desirable outcomes, but we've disagreed (sometimes rather vehemently) on the best way to arrive at the desired situation.
Being friends, if we were actually in positions of power, we could've then at least compromised, which is something that it seems much of Congress on both sides of the fence have forgotten how to do.
('Course, everything I've heard about politics lately makes me think it's time to come out from under my rock, because with a Democratic-controlled Congress that has declared non-partisanship, a new presidential advisor with a good head on his shoulders, along with the sudden disappearance of Cheney's two flunkies from the scene...we may yet have hope of seeing decent things get accomplished.)
And I still say Bush is an idiot who's being given direction by his Veep and advisors. I lived in Texas when he became governor. I remember how "well" he handled things back there. Damned moron couldn't even run a state without directions being left for him by Anne Richards; I don't know how anyone could sell the idea that he could run a country by himself.
But that's not what this thread's about, is it?

No sir, your right...this here thread's bout Dead Rusky fences who aren't really dead sellin' votes in Florida to reelect Bush as govenor of Texas.
I need some sleep, even I know that don't sound too right...even for this forum.
