This happened last year for those who may be wondering and as most of you will remember things kinda went from bad to worse that year. That is part of why I didn't get around to this till now things got a little busy there for awhile, Alright enough preamble I shall get to the story.
The start of this story does not start in Florida Proper but rather 9 miles off the coast it was here onboard a cargo ship. The Captain reports that as he and the morning watch got to the bridge they discovered that the overnight watch were asleep at there posts and that all of them were difficult to rouse as if they had been drugged, witch latter examination proved to be the case. They also discovered that 2 crewmen and the ships launch were missing. The Capt. called the Coast Guard and alerted them who in turn sent a crew to investigate. This was done for a number of resons not the least of witch was the fact that the ships last port of call was in west Africa. Upon the Coast Guard crews arrival they investigated the ship and discovered some cargo containers that were not on the ships manifest 3 of them to be exact. After ensuring that there was no obvious danger they opened up the containers to make a confusing and distrubing discovery, 2 of them seemed to have been used as living quaters the last held something very differant, but in all of them were human remains. It was not long after this that my team and I got involved.

Sorry about the long delay as most of you know things have not been quite lately. My team and I arrived within 3 hours of the ship being docked and secured we interveiwed the crew and checked the scene. The crew was unaware of the extra cargo containers or what was or had been in them. It seems that the 2 crewmen that had gone missing were in charge of maintaining and checking on the cargo. As stated before 2 of the containers were used by people thou that is perhaps giveing them to much credit, we think that there were at least 20 individuals We found the remains of at least 7 all female young average age was 14 all were natives of north Africa, and all of them were canabalized after being brutilzed and well their last days were a nightmare that any on my team will not forget soon. Then there was the other container it also held remains thou these had died in a fashion that was strange the inside was filled with for lack of any better explaination was webs and caccoons it was in these we found the other remains simalar profile but these were sucked dry and there were traces of a venom in the bodies there were 4 bodies. The investigation took several hours during whitch we were informed of Florida state troopers found the launch and the 2 missing men both with their throats cut. A thing that I and others on my team would not be able to report on any normal paperwork was an image that some of us got of our enemy Men who are more beast than men with a symbol of a Spider with the image of a Skull on its abdomen. These men and the things they fallowed were ahead of us and seeking new territory in Miami. I must take a break I will try to get back to this soon.

Sounds ominous, especially since I had to deal with something similiar here in Reno, Nv. The things I ended up fighting though resembled human women until they sprouted spider legs and fangs, amongst other more nasty surprises. Not sure if these two events are connected but has me a little worried.

Well so much for back soon let me try to pick up from where I left off. My team and I were at least 3 or 4 steps behind the Bad Guys and that was a bad thing in this case. We had a lot of evidence but it didn't go anywhere at the time.
Then things started happening first it was rumors of a new group that had showen up on the scene was takeing over territory, and then there were the bodies that started showing up. the big differance was that these were locals. The ones that were found in Webs were all over the place profile wise, Old, young,male and female. However the ones we found that were canibalized they fallowed a pattern of sorts, all young mostly female and all runaways. The local Police were going nuts trying to keep this under wraps. We were able to start tracking what was going on we even got info from some of the local underworld elements tried to deal with things them selves and well it was a mess afterwards only two people survived out of 15 that were sent to deal with these invaders, most of whom were very bad guys but they still died nasty.
We found and interviewed the ones that got away they told a tale that any normal Cop would have never believed, but my team and I are not normal Cops. They talked about big black dudes with weird marks on their faces and teeth like a sharks, who were again in their words crazy strong witha tale of one of them picking up a car and tossing it, and another of one crushing a man's head with his bare hands. The weirdest bit was a tale of Giant Talking Spiders throwing bolts of flame or something like that.
The up shot of all this was not only did we know for sure what we were dealing with, but also now had an idea from these guys where we might find them.
