Not sure where to put this

So, it looks like I signed up for this site about a year and a half ago. A friend of mine pointed me to it, and then I lost my internet connection and forgot all about it. The other night, this guy was riding in my cab while I was listening to George Noory. He kept commenting on the show, kind of laughing at bits, and kind of nodding at bits. I told him that I found stuff like that entertaining.

He said that he was also interested in "stuff like that" with an wierd look on his face. When we got to his stop, he paid and tipped me (not too bad a tip, either!). Then he reached into his bag, and pulled out some papers. It was a printout of some pages from this site. A story about a haunted building by some guy named McVay.

When I looked up he was gone. So, after I woke up today, I went here to check it out. I guess I'll see what you all have to say.

Sorry we missed your arival Mr. Woodruff. The board's had its ups and downs lately.

If you're interested in learning about things that shouldn't be, and protecting people from them, I suggest you poke around and read up on what's here.

Well, Victor... As Ron already said, the boards have been having their ups and downs, and this McVay you mentioned seems to have come back out of the woodwork.

Well, I was out of pocket for a while. Being real sick will do that to you. I'm back to work starting tomorrow night. I'm going to try to share a couple of thiings I saw, and maybe you all could help me figure out what it was that made me so sick. I'd give you the details of how I was sick, but it wouldn't be so nice.

Bye

And here I thought everyone else in my neck of the woods was either an inbred redneck or an equally mentally handicapped New Ager...

An enthusiastic welcome back to the boards from a fellow Missourian, Mr. Woodruff.
