so theres have been high emotions that increase every moment in france and its becoming wide spread. could this be the handly work of a supernatural being who feeds upon emotions- anger, fear, etc?

I was just in France a couple of days ago, and I spent some time around a few of the major hotspots and I didn't get any sense of any entities or demons or such in the area...I think that this is human folly for now.

I am in Britain, just a hop, skip and a jump away. I can be in France in a heatbeat. I personally think that this riot has some "Dark" connections. I more then guarantee that there is some organization to this riot.

I didn't say it had no organization, I merely said that I found no specific supernatural ties, and, being a sorcerer I was using more than just mine own eyes...
Of course, this is France we're speaking of, and you can find a supernatural presence down almost every street. And while I am sure that there are some enities who are feading of off the riots, I personally could find no sign of a supernatural power actually directing the riots.

Considering the rioters haven't just up and surrendered, there might just be an influence here. Isn't that what the French do?

Perhaps a Mindolar. Or maybe a Dark Priest. IS there any pattern in path of destruction that these rioters are causing? Maybe there is some sort of invisible contest and there are actually individual groups of rioters, each led by a seperate "being". The purpose of this destruction... to see who can cause the most chaos without being shutdown.

I have heard rumors of a group planning on an attempt to implement a "Soul Harvest". If they could coerce enough induviduals to force random chaos, as these induviduals die or emenate fear or darker emotions, their souls are captured and used to implement a second ritual, something about an "Avatar of Xybulbolishexigs" or something like that. After checking the violence patterns, this could be what is happening, or there is a group of induviduals inciting riots because they think they can accomplish this...

This was a strictly human event brought about by existing political and racial tensions in France. Our French branch offices have been aware of this problem for many years, especially since Sept 11, 2001. You see, with the influx of immigrants from places like North Africa and the Middle East, there has been some concern among Europeans that their cultural identity is being diluted. There is also the fear of Islamic radicals causing terrorist attacks or even trying to bring down the secular government and replace it with their own theocracy. All because of a handful of narrow-minded persons, an entire group people is categorized as dangerous monsters.

An otherworldly being might take advantage of this situation, but no, they did not start it.

But what if the events leading up to the riots were manipulated? It seems very coincidental that so many key issues came to a boil all at once.
