One hell of a weekend.

Well to start I had a hell of a Mother's Day weekend, one that makes you want to kill some one. I was down in Houston to visit ma's grave, she died the year before I was released of cancer. Bastards wouldn't allow me to visit her in the hospital even when her doc said she had days left. Sorry I digress, I rode in to the cemetery and followed the winding road back to ma's plot. Hell most my family is buried in the same cemetery, I notice ma's headstone is knocked over. Well like any good son I am pissed off that some low life would disrespect a grave in such a manner.

I parked the bike and walked over to set the stone up properly, I must of been too pissed to notice it till too late. A dam corpse lunged at me from behind one of the larger burial plots, it moved so slow I almost laughed. As I ducked and kicked the thing back to the burial plot more began pushing out of the soft earth. My f-ing family began getting up for a impromptu family reunion. I watched in disgust and horror as ma came pulling up from her plot. I almost ran away right then, but I was going to be damed if I was going to let them walk around unchecked.

Hell I am not even sure how I survived the mess, I don't rember much about it other that the over powering stench. I am sitting in the back of the old cemetery typing this as I get my breath back, I think I got nailed pretty dam good by the damn corpses. Hell I think my left knee is torn but good. I need to bury everyone before morning, I can't leave my family laying out like this.

I spotted that damn leech at the fence an hour after dark, he smiled and throw a brick at me. I mostly dodged it, had a message on it.

"Happy Mother's Day"

I think I need to find the bottem of a couple of bottles of Jack and Jim.

Sounds like you got one who likes to pull head jobs and has gotten well inside of yours.

It also sounds like he's got friends. My living dead and undead encounters have always been seperate events.

Careful with those bottles, you don't want to be a step behind if this guy decides to interrupt your down time.

Na I don't try and get drunk, I just hit the bottle enough to get a little buzz. Now I do it only in the day light hours.

I found out who the hell this leech is, seems he is a grandfather from about seven generations ago. He has popped up from time to time in the family's history and taken one member to torture in all kinds of ways. Then kills or turns them. I guess he is going to try and end the family line with me, from what I have read in old diaries his games can go on for about a decade. After that he kills, I've been dealing with him for about four years now, not including my jail time. I have to go got alead to check into, see if it's a trap or not.

Great, a family vampire . . . at least that gets you some intell - perhaps a way to look back through the records and find some things that might work agaisnt this guy . . . afterall, if he wanted to wipe out the family from the start and was unstoppable, you would never have been born.

I am alive, barely, the Leech is dust in the wind. I will put up the details later, he nailed me but good. I am locked in a old bomb shelter currently, the bastard drained me pretty damn good. I guess I need to know if I should be concerned I'll be changing to a vamp or just need rest and lots of fluids and iron supplements.

Get lots of rest and fluids... As I understand it, the turning takes several days of constant work from the vampire, and in the end, the vampire actually needs to end your life.

Yes, you’re right in regards to that, Josh. You should be okay, Outlaw.
