If you cracked open a bottle and chucked it at something evil, and it rolled off like they were scotchguarded, could you sue?

I'm sure if that were the case, you'd have bigger things to worry about than suing Batman. (Since it comes from Wayne Enterprises, that's gotta be who sells the stuff...)
