Yeah... There are, in general, three kinds of magic: Sorcery, mysticism, and psychic ability. I work mostly with the second, partially with the other two. Michael works almost exclusively with the first, and a lot of what he can do scares me, to be honest.

I work almost exclusively with the first and third. I have a fair understanding of diabolism. I am also studying circle magic and something new, which i'm keeping as a surprise.

As for psychic abilities, my didn't come naturally to me. Some are Karlash's and I, as his wielder, have access to them. The rest I got from Belladrox.

Stole would be a better term mortal.

:D :D

I'm sorry, Tony may have suffered hell, but Ben knew we were all alive and well, and were on our way to help out. Instead of waiting for us, though, he went in alone. It's not like our ruse was without purpose, either, we definitely had our reasons to keep it going for as long as we did. As such, I accept no responsibility whatsoever for his actions, and while it's regrettable what likely happened, if this caused him to really commit suicide, then it was likely to happen sooner or later, anyway... It's too bad that Holister's gone and at best got himself hurt for this sorry excuse for a man, though.

Dammit, Tony, this better be your way of trying to show us how you felt...

This one is just way too long to read.

Everyone alright?

Depends on how you define "alright".

Me, i'm doing fine. Well, except for the fact that i've got a supernatural intelligence stuck in my head.

Good to see you back on the boards Kolya.

Hi there, GhostSpider.

What are we doing about the possession?

concrete angel, you might htink my choice of words callous, but consider this - how do you type on a computer the act of shooting yourself in real time?

The answer is, you don't.

So the post itself is proof that Tony was,at least when he sent that message, very much alive.

Anything else is currently supposition.

Yeah, yeah, I've been getting lectured by Will about it too, so everyone can stop getting on my case. He says that after you've seen as much stuff as you have, you develop methods of blocking out the pain to prevent it from overtaking you and keeping you from what needs to be done. He also says that I'm the last person who should be commenting on other people's ways of dealing with tragedy.

Wait, what? HEY!

Nothing right now Kolya. At the moment, Belladrox is nothing more than an annoyance. Course, that's easy for me to type, but the reality is so much more annoying. :x

Don't get too cocky - keep an eye on him and let us know if we have to go to Plan B.

I might sound cocky, but I've been taking enough precautions to make Bert proud.

Angel, I want you to understand my viewpoint on whether or not Tony really shot himself... If he had, he wouldn't've ended his post by typing "click, bang". He's looking for a reaction, and that's it... He's probably hoping right now that by enacting his death in front of us, the paranormal will lose sight of him, and he'll escape it.

It's a misconception, but it wouldn't be the first time someone's tried something like that... If it's what he wants to try, we'll still be here when he realizes his folly...

Most of the suicidals I've known wouldn't end things with a "click bang". Most've them would've written a far more formalized letter about the reasoning, maybe an apology...or wouldn't have said anything at all.

If I'm wrong, then I apologize, to you, to Tony and his spirit, and to everyone else...

Incidentally, Angel, your last post could well leave a man a bit worried about you... Everything okay over there?

Don't worry about me, Will was just either being a pest about my memories, or he was just trying to piss me off, which he may regret. Seriously, though, with all the stuff going on with me lately, I might worry about it myself, but hey, it's cool. This "medium" stuff's not as easy as it looks on tv.

About Tony, if he's dead or not, it's kind of the whole situation getting to people that's what's wrong. If he ain't dead, he ain't dead, but he's got to find a better way of dealing with stuff than trying to (or threatening to) blow his brains out. No ghosts won any popularity contests by having shot themselves. Look at Kurt Cobain, after all.

No, Will, I never listened to his music, that was James' thing. I like the harder stuff.

How long have you been a medium, Angel? Working with uncorrupted spirits is pry the closest I'll ever get to being a medium...

Well, except for that time that I melded with one of my spirit dragons in a complex shapeshifting... One I never, EVER want to have to repeat. >.<; For a huge number of reasons that I won't get into right now...

Part of that was having your spirits partialls devoured by that fu err, farking sword.

An even larger part of that was all the fun pain I experienced!

Yay, masochism! [/sarcasm]

Pain is a sign of life. When you stop feeling it, start worrying.

Yeah, but...if I'm not experiencing pain anymore, then by that token, I'm also beyond worry, aren't I...?

KT, when you wake up...(you'd better wake up eventuallt, though)

I'm not entirely sure how long it's been. Last time I went out, Will kind of woke me up. I wasn't even sure he was a ghost for a while. Let's see, according to the old posts here, I was last writing around fall of '06, so I probably woke up around spring.

Hmm, fall of '06...? I started up in summer of last year... Is my memory playing tricks on me again...?

"Greetings Lazlites, from beyond the veil of death.

If you are reading this post, then it is Summer Solstice and I am no more. Defeated by the prohecy Plato warned me of.
My plans have been foiled, my legacy has been torn asunder. I congratulate you all on my demise.

Now that I am at peace in The Void, you now must know of Benjamin Holister's demise as well. Though he is not dead, he is beyond your grasp. He is in the place I know you can reach. It is a pyric victory. One final strike at you Lazlites from the grinning Abyss.

Good luck Lazlites, may your end be as fitting as his.

Fair thee well."

Tell me about it. :x Well it would seem from what he has said that Holister is still alive somewhere, thou for how much longer is open to debate. Now we just need to find him.

There's no... *ahem* no way he could have known about the whole situation when he was making that message, is there? No way in hell! How could he have known about it if he wasn't too sure about his own demise at that point? *ahem* I don't believe it, I refuse to believe it... Between nukes, deathrays, and now this AFTER HE'S DEAD, that son of a bitch is really pissing me off!
