Natasha, you never ask a Russian man about anything Irish. Especially if that Russian man is Kolya (his cap ain't screwed on tight enough as it is).

To answer your question, "Blarney" is the Irish term for The Gift of Gab, the ability to tell the biggest tall tale or make the most believable bluff.
