KT, it looks like my insurance guys are coming through for me and I'm going to sell the location (I think I want to be living in neighbourhood more suitable for children soon . . . more of a commute to "work" though).
I've never used the money Ben gave me, or the property.
If Ben don't mind, I'd feel better if you took them.
It's my fault you ended up in this.

Well, there are several fish that can be cut so as to produce a steak. My particular favourite is Salmon.

We recently had some smoked salmon. Wow, really good.
Never had fish steak though.
We usually eat dried salted fish. They are crispy like potato chips. The head pops off pretty easy and then just eat around the backbone.
In Russia some markets have fish so fresh they are still twitching.
