That's the thing though: I moved out a month or two ago.

Now, if he means he's gone after my roommate/landlady's daughter, that could definitely be a problem...

Robin say the word and I will have some of my people go with you to check on things. Of course I would also suggest calling all potentially concerned parties to see if you get a response first, to see if there is reson to worry in the first place.

Just got back into town (tedium, thy name is Greyhound): there's no carnage apparent at my place, but my mom isn't answering her phone...

then again, she never answers her phone.

Assuming nothing turns up, I should have another day or so of travel ahead of me, courtesy of my interest in whatever it is that's going down in Japan.

Went by her house... no cars out front, so if anyone's dead, they weren't home when it happened...

While I was there, I helped myself to a few things I'd left behind (you'd be amazed how easy it is to unlock a door from the outside when you don't have to touch the lock to do it...). Wicket gave me the standard leg-humping greeting, so he seems ok...

So... I really don't know what's going on. I'll fill you guys in if I find out anything.
