having had read the articles linked to in the topic, I'll give a quick rundown. The HAARP facility in Alaska has at least two counterparts known in my field for coming up with some "exciting" research results, one is in the former USSR, unknown what stage of maintenance it is currently in, dropped off the rradar shortly before the Alaskan installation went public, teh other is in Argentina, again an unknown quantity, papers quit coming out of there when the US project went public. I do know however that the facility in AK has been able to raise the air temperature at a high altitude by between 3-6 degrees over a large area.

Oh, sorry Miss Angel, for thinking you knew him and for the fact that you never got to meet him he was a very wise and wonderful teacher.

Well, from what I read, he sounds really cool. He seemed like a really nice guy when I saw him, too.

I think he did that to make you think about your views on things Mr. Caliburn. I know he respected you even though you two disagreed about things.

Yeah, from what he said to me, it sounds like he's trying to just get people to realize that there's not just one way to reach your goals. Something about a journey each person must take in their own time.

I wish I could talk to him but I can't talk to spirits at least not yet maybe one day though.

Alright, I'll admit, he contacted me, too... I wanted to wait until Nakamura-san was here to talk to her, myself, rather than make her personal issues more public like this, but it sounds like he told both Susan and me the same thing...

Well, maybe if we both talk to her, she'll work out those anger issues.

No, everything is not all right, someone raided my lab, tried to kill me, and STOLE MT RESEARCH!!

Oh great, just tripped teh monitors again, now the nurse is likely to come take away my connection to the outside world again....

At least they did not count on my being ready and able to defend myself with non technological means. The first tip off that I had was an EMP that was severe enough that if the city grid in the area hadn't been off-line in the area it would have been after.

At least the back-up lights came on, and the computer systems were not fried, but three of the ten made it out with copies of files concerning my reasearch on using electro-magnetic imaging satelites and planes to locate "signifigant" sites, along with an external drive that contained a portion of my research on the correlation betwen EMF, psi, and magic energies, files that I did not yet have teh most recent copies backed up.
