South New Jersey is a surprising contrast to the northern part of the district. I spent a few months in the southern portion of the district a few years ago researching a new rash of "Jersey devil" sightings. That batch of sightings unfortunately turned out to be a combination of excitement, intoxication and misteaken identity.

Don't think so Kolya. Some parts of the Pine Barrens are nice from what I have been told. It is just the few times I was there, I was not trying to take in the sites, it was all busniess.

I like pines.

Pine barrens is some of god's own country right on the eastern seaboard, been there on a "business trip" a few years back on behalf of my uncle.

If anyone has been there more recently than '79, can you tell me if the lycan infestation is still under control, or does someone need to go back and clean em out again?

I think we did, but they is always so hard to root out in such a large tract of untamed land, and if a male and female get away, they re-infest within a few years, that is why I was askin if anyone been there since '79, kinda curious if we got em all or if there were any survivors.

I clear them out from time to time around inhabited areas.

Well I got gramp's .68 sharps, a little low on silver minnie balls, hope the original civil war mold holds out for just a few more castings, got about 5 lbs of raw silver, but the higher temperatures are a bear on such an old bullet mold.
