Me and the team were on the outside, distracting, disrupting, deceiving, and denying the enemy guards. A series of explosions, well placed .50 cals in engine blocks, and shooting in the air was enough to to buy time for those on the inside to take down the Sowki and werecat.

The idea was simple, keep the guards that were already outside, outside and with their heads down...

I thought I would have time to post the details of our actions today, but things jumped in the way regarding the situation back in Russia. I am likely flying back to Moscow and then probably on to Nalchik this weekend, so.... it could be Monday before I get settled and time to type the details. I did it once already but this fucking computer crashed... and I do not have to write it again, and I rather not rush.

Have a nice weekend... because I am not going to.

My team went in to kill all power to the compound as well as some other activities, specifically to provide a diversion, distraction, and blocking force for any reinforcements for those fighting on the inside. Lyosha, Roma, and I would also be available for going in if it came to that, but the attack was in very capable hands.

Lyosh opened up with a tow missile right to front door - right after Michael's bolt of lightning slammed through the roof, sizzling the air around it and crackling in our ears. We had wired up the compound's power plant, communications radio tower with demolitions the night before. Shadowstalker's team rigged the backup power system from the inside during one of their incursions. Without lights and without power, we hoped to give the our attacking force as much of an advantage as possible.

With the initial attack and detonations going off all over the place, the guards on the outside went into action. They knew what they were doing and were obviously well trained. Which fits our intel of the Sowki cartel hiring ex-military commandos trained by American Delta to fight the drug trade. But we had selected our position in anticipation of facing a well-qualified enemy.

We used sniper fire to keep them pinned down, shot over their heads a lot, and launched frag grenades into the side of the building and CS grenades behind their cover. This could not go on forever, but it was effective for long enough to allow Michael and Shadowstalker to handle the supernasties. Roma disabled the vehicles with well placed rounds of .50 cal into the engine blocks.

After Michael called over the radio, there were militia come out of the building - and we thought what we were seeing on the outside was bad, god only knows what they were seeing (although it must have been truly impressive). In any case, before they realised what was happening they were pinned down behind cover, too.

I had some eyes in the sky and some stragglers escaped out the other side, but they took cover and never posed a danger to any one of us.

Several minutes like this passed.

The attack by Michael and Shadowstalker and company was fairly quick and very effective. By the time we began pulling trick number 3 out of our sleeves the fighting on the inside was over. Escape was pretty straight forward, they had no operable vehicles.

Also, while on the inside, Shadowstalker's team had been able to grab a few arm fulls of intel materials.

Good planning and team work made this operation a great success.

It really felt good to do so much damage to the bad guys in a single operation.

The gang information from Michael was invaluable, too. Everything said and done, the DEA should have quite a good deal of intel - between Michael and Shadowstalker and company...

But it is never ending.

Sorry I didn't do this sooner.
Athena, Dusk, Mask, and I ported in with Michael T. He went looking for the Sowki, and we went looking for intel, along with makeing a ruckus and adding to the confusion. Things were going fine we were gathering laptops and whatnot, dealing with milita types mostly for resitance. Then Michael called for help. I droped my bag of loot, figuredout where He was and went the fastest way I could think of to get to him. I Ghosted through the walls, I got there after the werejaugar had tackled Michael, she was reared back as she readied to tear into him with her claws and fangs. She barely noticed me before I caught her with a roundhouse kick that sent her flying. She and the Sowki were suprised to see me. Michael went after the Sowkiand I got to finish playing with the were-bitch, she tried to pounce on me but I was able to toss her into a hall useing her own momentum, before she had a second chance I unloaded 14 silver cored .45 into her. She was not willing to play anymore after that, I turned in time to see Michael finish off the Sowki, but he was running on empty then. I helped him out of there met up with the rest of my team grabbed what we came for and left post haste.

Thanks again to all of you for the help, I am used to being a solo player. As was seen with my magic I have'nt needed help very often and when I did my wife or mentor were the ones who came to my aid. I am glad to have found a group of people I can call on and recive aid when needed, and you may call on me as you need as well.

Michael, I have not forgotten your offer to come to Russia.

I am working on the details so we do not waste your time. I will let you know what is happening some time soon, and if you are available, maybe we can work something out.

We all wish we could have spent more time together. So instead we look forward to our next meeting.
