Napalm's good.

Long Night....
Had to use the high power rifle on it.
Think I seriously hurt it though.
We followed it to the mine again....attempted to go after it.
Got about 100 feet in before we noticed a shaft heading down.
Naplam is a BAD idea. Methane gas and napalm do not mix!
I need to see if there are any survivors down there without charging wrecklessly into the situation.
If GS doesn't get here by tonight, I will head in tomorrow with the proper gear, a couple deputies, and prey for the best.

Anyone there can sort of travel without being seen to make this verification for you?
Also, staking out the entrance might allow you to set up an ambush with a very restricting and effective kill zone.
How much methane is there? It does not matter if it is napalm or a cigarette lighter. So be careful discharging fire and firearms when you are down there. But obviously the napalm suggestion comes with the usual disclaimer.
Look forward to hearing about this fucker's demise.

I'm in town Holister, where do you want to meet?

Lower plane of existnce? What, like the Night Lands?

There's plenty of lower planes aparently - but are they really lower? The way Doc Lazlo phrased it, kinda more like beside.
Demons . . . aren't they typically resistant to fire . . . perhaps the fire isn't sucha good plan.

Is it recovering from the damage he's doing with bullets?

GS got here.
Let the bug hunt begin.
Fill you in, if I can.

I hope we can hear the splat from here.

Be glad that you weren't there to hear the splat, and get covered in it.
Will post more soon, got to kill someone.

Don't say 'someone'.
Say who.

I'm still alive.
Thanks to GS. Guy's a great hunter.
Turns out the bug had a nest, about a dozen or so more eggs that had hatched into these larval things that were being fed by the parent.
Due to the methane, we had to go close quarter combat. GS kicked some serious bug ass.
He killed most of the babies.....I only killed like three or four.
The parent was a different matter.

So the bug is down?

I still want to know.
Who is 'someone'?
Please tell me you’re not going out to murder someone . . .

And please tell us you’re not going out to murder someone, Konrad.

Alright, alright. I want to know what he was talking about, too, but he DID just save someone's life, so I think we can at least give him the benefit of the doubt until he gets back to us on that.

No, his ice is too thin to give benefit of doubt yet.

Sorry, should have said something.
I was interrogating a vampire who had done work with the Obertine Brotherhood. I wanted to know what it knew. I learned a great deal, but it got out on me, so I had to track it down and slay it before it could relay what I now knew to Hawk's people. I didn't have time to explain when I was last posting.
Feel better now Kolya?

Good though in the future, if you don't have the time...wait

Well, it was nice enough to know that certain things were dealt with and others had survived, but leaving ominous statements like that . . . not a good plan, especially for someone who's had a bit of brain surgery done on him by an evil whatchamacallit.

Ron does make a good point, but at the same time, if he wanted to cause problems for someone innocent, I think he'd have omitted mentioning "I'm gonna kill" at all.

I would give GS the berth he deserves.
I don't believe Im saying this...but..
He did save my bacon when fighting that dragonfly.
It had me dead to rights until GS came along and did a samurai routine on it. Cleaved its wings off so that I could get a clean shot.
He made for a good partner actually, even though it was for a limited time.
I was hoping to gather some peices of it, but it just turned into hundreds of little dragonflies and vaporized into nothing....
That REALLY gets annoying!!!
Well thanks GS where ever you went and got to.
I owe you one....well two actually....but I don't know if that larva that tried to eat my head really counts....

Ms.Dawes, if its ammo your looking for, you'll find it and more all over these boards. It's been a rough few months.
As for the bug, Holister doesn't give himself enough credit. Sure, I got alot of the Larvae, but the only thing they had going for them were numbers, and the methane gas.
The big one on the other hand was tough, quick, and agile. Knocked me around quite a bit.

And those you can don't help much.
Except the ones that come from outer space.

Alien Autopsy was a fake, footage is too good for the time.
Apparently it's someone trying to recreate the footage they actually saw of the actual event.
What will you tell the families of the victims?
