As far as I know, my feeding doesn't affect people in any negative fashion.

I enjoy life too much to even contemplate ending it, just because of something that I never wanted, and something that might never happen.
I'll fight to defend myself, should it ever come to that.

Still, if you ever need me, you know how to contact me.

Thanks Kolya.

No problem.
I'm here to help.

Would you still fight to defend yourself if you knew your life came at the expense of innocent others?
Posted: Tue Feb 12, 2008 12:33 pm
by GhostSpider
I'd fight to find a way to change it.

By corrupting the innocence?
Posted: Tue Feb 12, 2008 12:56 pm
by GhostSpider
Huh?
No, to change what I was doing that was hurting people.

and what if what you were doing was irrevocably tied to your existence?

I have spent a considerable amount of time around Ghost since he announced his new feeding habits and have not been affected in any negitive way. I will not say that it can not change, but at this time I do not think the emotional vamperism is a danger to any one. I do belive that Ghost should allow a few of us that can track the feeding check up on him on occasion to be sure that what ever happened to make him dependent on emotions to feed does not get worse.
I belive that Ghost is not a threat as far as his feeding habits are concerned, he is no more a threat than any of us are.

You can beleive it, but can you proove it?
The point of me asking GS all this is we need to establsh just what lines he draws for himself in this.

Well as for proof I have check every member of my staff that volenteered to be around him for long periods without protection. I monitered all the activity in the room and no one has shown any signs of negitive effects. I know this may not seem like much proof to most people, I do apologize that I can not say that it will never be an issue. Unfortantely with what happened to change him it is too uncertain.

But what if it's a subtle effect, shortening their lifespan by years, maybe even decades but still not perceptible right now?
Posted: Wed Feb 13, 2008 9:21 pm
by Michael T
It is possible that that may be, unfortunately I can't prove that it is not possible to cause long term affect. I am doing some research into the situation maybe I will have more answers later.

Are you just looking for a reason to off me Ron?

And you're surprised by this, GS?

No, just trying to understand what will go down if the time comes.

Which you've made ABUNDANTLY clear by now, Ron, so I think we can all just assume that it's understood by now, and move on.

What Ron is trying to understand is clear.
But GS hasn't provided any understanding.

I'll never accept someone telling me what my fate will be. Never.
Posted: Tue Feb 19, 2008 2:40 pm
by Kolya
1. That's not true.
2. No one's telling you what your fate is even if it were.
Posted: Tue Feb 19, 2008 7:21 pm
by Ron Caliburn
I'm not trying to tell you what your fate will be GS, I'm just trying to ascertain which way you'll put the effort into.

Seriously, you guys, it's obvious that it doesn't matter what he says, since you're either not going to listen, or you'll just automatically assume he's lying. It's a little hard to prove yourself to people who are automatically against you.
