Yeah, just no one knows what KIND it is. :P
You traded in your wings
For everything freedom brings
You never left me
You never let me
See what this feeling means

Everything that you feel
Is everything that I feel
So when we dream
We shout....

Well, I mean, shit... I started this thread because I was upset that people fight over religion. I hate it...and yet some stupid fundie dragged me down into it. And I let him.

I'm supposed to be above all that... I've been getting worse and worse about it the past few years, though.

I know the feeling well. I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes I feel the same way about you.

We all fall, Josh. And when we trip and land on our faces, we get the chance to climb to our feet, dust ourselves off, and try again.

Hannah taught me that.

First Knyght, now this guy...

Shame, too. Knyght seemed like a decent guy, at first, until he tried to turn our "debate" into a "religious" pissing match, and tried to convert me.

Deacon? Yeah, not such a shame. Except for him.

Yes he is.......a fairly asshole with a computer.....and alot a of free time......and a short circuit in that place between his brain and his mouth that filters the BS he usually spouts.

Why is he here?

Give me his address and a $20 and I can make this problem go away.

Ben, what'd I tell you about threatening Deacon? It ain't worth your time or trouble, if he decides to file anything official about it.

Deacon, if I called you an asswipe, it's only 'cuz that was how you treated GS, who I view as an ally, if not a friend. You're the asswipe who started all this shit, you're the asswipe who escalated it, so if you can't handle being called an asswipe, then you should stop acting like one.

Asswipe.

For someone who claims to be "investigative" in nature you sure are an idiot sometimes Shaytan.

Rule number one, for a detective, reporter, or anyone who works in an information gathering role. You NEVER, NEVER, engage in personal insult of an informant that may be of further use in the future (which is all of them you allow to continue to have a future). It creates an antagonistic relationship between you and the subjects (that already appears to have happened), and when you become openly judgmental, frequently sources will omit important details in order to avoid being labled as "crazy", all of which hamper your ability to gather your oh so valued "real truth".

If an informant or contact believes in something fully and whole heartedly, you might want to take a deeper look into it rather than mocking it, you never know what kind of scoop you may come up with.

More than once, my team and I have managed to either put away or put down rather normal bad guys that were the cause of the "supernatural" events we wound up being assigned to.

Mr. deacon ash-shaytan, just wondering if you were abused as a child or if perhaps your parents forgot to teach you how to treat other people with respect?

Oh, I know what happened to you, malidork is your daddy.

A quick question for you Sophoroto.

Just wondering if you were abused as a child or if perhaps your parents forgot to teach you how to treat other people with respect?

What keeps the same question from being asked of you?

My parents died when I was young, in a car wreck. Mr. Greydawn took me in and has raised me ever since.

That and you can ask the others here I treat everyone with respect until they give me a reason not to.

Before you ask, his treatment of my friends here gives me reason not to treat him with respect.

Oh, and hello to you Mr Logan, nice to meet you.

If people want to act like dogs, let them, I say. I see no reason to stoop to their level, though. I spent enough time as a kid trying to get attention to bother with it now.
