Phantoms and Monsters has the whole story (click here) but apparently some folks captured an alien/human hybrid that escaped the government. The little bugger was tough - it chewed off it's own leg to try to free itself and at one point endured 45 minutes underwater.
The story indicates there are more of them out there on the loose somewhere in Mexico.
