A credible source has spilled the beans.

After decades hiding out in Canada he has learned the dark arts, regaining his youth and health. As a changeling he is able to alter his physical appearance, however, not by drastic amounts.

New Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is the tsarevich himself, Alexei Romanov.

While I can't say that I disagree with your sentiments about either of the Clintons, I would've thought you would've learned from before about posting about politics here...
