Genetic Anomaly or Something Sinister?

Imagine if someone turned ordinary dogs into overmuscled killers with the intent to wipe out mankind.

Anyone who would intentionally breed dogs to be that way would deserve the worst that could possibly happen to them...
The phenomenon has gotta be a recessive gene, though it would seem, judging by the mix-breed they mention at the end of the report, that the gene isn't located in the XY chromosomes. The fact that it's recessive would make it really hard to breed, thankfully.
With the rarity of the condition, I'd say it'd also be very hard to locate and isolate the gene for study.
So I don't think we need to fear killer-hulk-dogs anytime soon...

Abnormalities like this aren't conducive to a sucessful life form. Atleast ones that obey our laws of physics. Besides It's not the muscular hounds you need to be worried about. It's the ones that can chew through your car door that you should really be concerned about.
When caught in a raging river sometimes it is best to cease your struggle and let it take you where it decides.
