Won't happen I think. What I described is her good days, it used to be the best the staff at the institution could do was hold her still long enough to change her diaper once or twice a day.

Umm, from what I have read they weren't very good at their jobs and she is in better hands now. I will keep here in my thoughts and wish the best for her.

I wouldn't have let them put her in there if they weren't great.
