I *ahem* I turned it in today, and... I couldn't take the disgustingly comfortable desk job they gave me. I joined the force to do field work, and I'll be damned if they're going to stick me on a desk jockey position for one little breakdown. Logos and I have discussed this, and I've talked it over with Mr. T. Michael, I think I need some down time before I get started with you, OK? I just, well, I need to think, and *ahem* my bookshelf is NOT going to reorganize itself, you know? hehe... God dammit, he didn't believe me until I gave him my two weeks notice, you know? It's just so... frustrating.

When your are ready contact me I always need freelancer to run down incidents that I or other members here can't get to. Make sure you are rested and ready before jumping in again, I want you ready not rushing in to get in the field.

Uh... Things weren't going so well for me after I gave up my badge. I spent almost my entire childhood with becoming a police officer as my main goal, and giving that up was possibly the hardest thing I've ever done.

This brings us back to MY bit of news, as alluded to by Logos in the "Back on Board" thread. What can I say? I couldn't stay away from the place. It was... a lot easier than I expected. The guys didn't hesitate for a second to welcome me back, and they also hardly consider the possibility that I was responsible for some of the crazy stuff we've seen around there recently. It's... good to be back. Captain still wants me to take it a little slow, but all evidence points to me getting back out onto the field soon.
