Hunchbacks being hunted for ritual purposes

Police at Bibiani in the Ashanti Region have made a breakthrough in the arrest of three suspects in connection with the killings of hunchbacks and removal of their humps for rituals in the area.
I have never heard of a hump being useful in magic, but here is the story and you can decide.
