Missing couple's bodies found in septic tank

Post by Tabloid Hound »

I cant help but wonder how these poor people really ended up in a septic tank. I mean this doesnt strike me as an open and close case with a family member being the culprit. In todays world there are much better places and methods one would hide bodies . I suspect a supernatural element to this one and would encourage any able members to investigate.

Rhode Island -- Police have found the bodies of a missing Rhode Island couple in a septic tank in their yard.

Sixty-year-old James Grotto Sr. and 53-year-old Martina Grotto had last been seen at the beginning of the month. They were reported missing by family members July 15 after they missed a family reunion.

Police went to the couple's house on Saturday and excavated the yard with a backhoe.

Police removed two body bags with their remains, along with several bags of dirt.

The Providence Journal reported that a family member has been arrested, but no one has been charged. Authorities did not elaborate.
State police did not return phone messages
"Truth is stranger than fiction, and much more terrifying."
