David Hawk

Up until a few weeks ago, this man has been nothing more than a mystery to me. Much about him is still a mystery, but now the picture is a little clearer.

1. Hawk is not human. What he truly is is still a mystery, but he is no man.
2. Hawk has at his disposal an enormous network of cults, gangs, corrupt politicians, ex-military types, terrorists, and thats just his human lackeys. Needless to say, he is a MAJOR player.
3. His goals are still a complete mystery to me. I have no idea of what his endgame is, much less what it is he wants with me.

More info to follow.

I've spent months trying to decipher Hawk's ulterior motives. Those of you who have been drawn into his plots know that they tend to be elaborate and cunning, but also, at times, self defeating.

For example, he poisoned the Voice, ultimately killling him, but also giving him the means of placing Belladrox into my head. He has tried to have me killed several times, and then turned around and leaked me information that has helped save my life. He was responsible for trying to turn the Society against me, and I still don't know why he did it.

Confusing, to say the least.

I've compiled a list of everything I know about him. If anyone would like to look it over, maybe see something I'm missing, just PM me and we'll set something up.

I'd love to help you...once Hannah is safely home.

I wouldn't think to ask for anyone's help until Hannah is home.

And what exactly do you have against "bi" people, anyway?

Posted: Fri Apr 04, 2008 12:12 am
by GhostSpider
I have nothing against "bi" people. I was merely pointing out, in my own way, GhostSpider's lack of defining attributes to this "Hawk" character.

You know, I seem to remember mentioning something about him still being mostly a mystery.

If I possess a "have against" outlook on anything, it would be exaggeration of the facts to further one's own motives.

Exaggeration???!!!

Fuck you and fuck the horse you rode in on. Do you know anything of it?

You want to help us pal, then learn your place. Before someone teaches it to you.

O Deacon of Sarcasm, by "not a man", he is referring to one of the multitude of paranormal creatures that pose as human beings... Even *I* got that, and my mental state is...less than...uhm...good, right now.

Oh, so you're a skeptic.
Just stay out of my way pal.

Spider: Chill out. It's cool. We'll get things taken care of. Don't worry about this guy. Don't even respond to him anymore.

Deacon: If you understood, and are actually here to help, would you mind not fishing or hunting for reactions? Such behavior is as childish as the behaviors you set out to exploit, and make you look just as bad--or worse--or more stupid--than the people you're exploiting. You come across far less as someone who "just wants to help" and more like some teenage troll who gets his jollies on eliciting reactions on what are, to some, sensitive topics.

Posted: Sun Apr 06, 2008 12:24 pm
by KonThaak
So, what, because you're a skeptic (which, in many cases, I happen to be as well), you turn into a troll whenever someone *mentions* that there is a paranormal creature in our midst?

You, buddy, are in the wrong place. If you're going to turn into an unapologetic troll every time someone mentions the paranormal, you can find somewhere else to be a dick.

Is there something we can listen for, Konrad?

Hi Konrad,

Thanks for all your help, if there's anything I can do to help you, let me know.

Hannah

PS: I don't think my dad will mind now.

I'm still keeping an eye on you Konrad, and if things go strange, my offer of a quick out before things go bad stands.

But I'm not in any mood to be suggesting it.

Actually Ellie, Hawk doesn't have too many agents in DC. Enough corrupt politicians there already I guess. Still, I appreciate the offer.

I'm glad to hear you're alright Hannah. Hope you had a good homecoming.

What about here in the Chicagoland area?

Deacon, I humbly request you educate yourself on how radio waves work, exactly. If this Hawk fellow doesn't utilize the Internet or long-range radio to communicate with his flunkies, then there will be nothing outside of a certain range that a person can do.

Hey, here's an idea! Why don't you wait for GS to post more details on what's going on, hold your meaningless commentary until such details arise, and stop attacking him before you even know why?

Posted: Wed Apr 16, 2008 10:21 pm
by GhostSpider
Actually Deacon, I'm quite well informed of the goings on of Hawk's mundane forces. I don't really need anyone to monitor the airwaves, as it were.

I'm far more interested in what his supernatural forces are doing, and they do not communicate by normal means.

Hey KT, I've got some info on some of Hawk's Chicago operations that I'll be PM'ing you. It's something, if you want, that can be looked into without unduly affecting your day-to-day plans. I'll send you more details soon.

PS: Thanks again.

Where can we keep a lookout, Ghost Spider? Where are his usual hotspots

Um okay, just as long as it isn't buried in me.

Well Ethan, that's the thing, you can't track Hawk himself. He's too slippery. However you can track his more mundane associates, and they're in hotspots all over the world. I have no interest in them. They're nothing more than expendable frontmen. When I have more concrete information, I'll let everyone know.

Yes, figments of the imagination tend to leave no trace when trying to track them. In the meantime, everyone will try to solve your stalker problem for you.

Y'know what, Deacon? If you don't have anything constructive to say, then shut the hell up.

As always, GS, if I can help, lemme know.

I need some time... I'll get back to you ASAP.

Just having skimmed through what you sent me...I want to tear these "operations" apart, though.

With my bare fucking hands, if need be.

Not really... I don't know what's wrong with me. Maybe it's just stress, but...

I dunno. It's probably nothing. I've got two weeks of vacation coming up. I'm hoping it'll all just blow over in that time.

It'd be a tremendous help if Deacon weren't still around at that point in time. =D

Stress or not Josh, you need some rest . . .

Stress or not Josh, you need some rest. Deacon, may I please ask you to refrain from irking KonThaak for the duration of his vacation as well as the period he’s feeling low?

And . . . Ron we’ve been over this; what you’ve called Celeste doesn’t count.

Hello Deacon,

Deacon Ash-Shaytan wrote:Yes, figments of the imagination tend to leave no trace when trying to track them.

You shouldn't joke about that. A figment of my imagination came to life and tormented and killed people and then kidnapped me.

It was very much real to all those affected.

Hannah

PS: It's okay to doubt, but you can be a little nicer in the way you talk to others, you're making some people really upset and makign them forget their manners.
