All I can say is that Duke and Mr Fluffers are lending weight to somethings I have already said.

Yes, all supernatural creatures/predators radiate their nature and will set animals, especially the more intelligent ones on edge. Since Celeste is not evil, and does not radiate her nature as such, and does not set off Duke nor Mr Fluffers, as well as other animals in the neighborhood, I think that's a really good indicator.

Note: Children are naturally sensitive and open, and if there is Supernatural evil around they feel it about as strongly as most Sensitives. If a child or several children (as have been the case so far) are drawn to Celeste, I think that goes triple for being a good sign.

Yes, several children. We have to include Holister in the list ;)

I had been thinking he was acting like a School boy with a Crush.

That's all nice.

Don't change that she's a vampire, will never die, has sharper senses, is faster and stronger than 10 men and has a natural inclanation to consider humans as her primary food source.

To be completely honest, I've never seen a vampire that was super-fast. Sure, they are about as fast as a pro-athelete, and can hop the olympic long distance record, and vault higher than all get out... but I dunno about the speed, except for melee. Sure they are faster up close, but like running and stuff? Nah.

However good luck keeping up with one when they try to take to the air.

Intrestingly Celeste has not displayed the abilities of tranformation, but she is very fast.

The way I see it, vampires evolve over time. The older the vampire, the more powers they develope. Cee is still a pretty young vampiress, so it is plausible that she has not gained all of her vampiric powers as of yet.

This might also explain the vast differences in various vampires. Like the weak ones that we can kill a dime a dozen of, to those like Khavik that are damn near impossible.

It does make me wonder about other strains of vampire though, like Bloodbane - he was a Wampyr, and half vampires - The Dhamphir, and those Morti - Zombie Vampires.
Not to mention the cultural aspect of the vampire culture.

Damn, thats what I get for listenin' to that wack job...I know more bout vampires now than gun repair...thanks alot!

So, like, how are you in vampire years?

I will save Ben the trouble Kolya. Huh?

I think Kolya is asking, how long she's been a vampire.

Ok but I am really seeing what Natasha has been talking about.

I don't think Celeste can answer that question accurately, seeing as she does have chunks of her memory that have been lost, and all.

Though, I would guess it's probably been a while.

I think if she wants to, with a little info from her we could get a resonable idea.

My memory is back

Actually, Razor, my memory has returned. I will be twenty-five this March and have been a vampire for nearly seven years. Interestingly enough, only Duke and Mr. Fluffers seem unafraid of my presence. Most animals do scream and flee.

What can I say Cee; those two have taste. :D

By the way; I taught Duke how to use the keyboard...see for yourself

Go on boy...

W O O F !

Good boy Duke.

I was only half-serious.

Evolution in among the undead is a fascinating topic that even evolutionists might flag as bullshit ;)

Your bag . . .

Should I be concerned? What kind of bag are we talking about? And what are your plans with it?

You are braver than I. I was afraid to ask that question.

Actually, that purse belonged to my great grand-pappy! He used it to carry his powder horn and musket balls.

Now, I'm just hoping to some day fill the entire thing with Nitro and set it off somewhere.

YES, Koyla!!! *beams* But, I would only do that if necissary. I do love art, and wouldn't want to destroy it.
