The local body drops get used when someone kills somebody . . . not when sommebody jsut drops dead. People tend not to want to touch them for fear of infection / imlication.

I come from a town 4 blocks wide. We have one M.E./coroner/funeral home person/forensics person.

We have one place to bring our "recently deceased". Just go to where ever it would be they would take the body then.

Sheesh, always some damn technical aren't ya'. :)

Well Im all checked out of the hospital. Never did get to see KT, but I did call security on those that married couple two doos down. Damn, I wish I could have seen KT once, but I suppose he'll be up and round soon 'nough.

I am gonna swing past and pick up Molly and Duke, stay over night and head back first thing in the morning. I am thinking on spending a day or so in Arkham, Mass to see an old friend of mine any way.

Bert, I will be leavin' my gear with Ron, you guys can have it, but not the rifle, everything else you guys can have. You can pick the Hummer up at the airport and keep that too. Consider it a gift from Del Caine.

Well, I gotta run, TTYL.

If you mean the mogue . . . well that's a different story.

In a city with organized crime and a vampire population body dump has a whole different meaning.

Anyway, someone has to find the corpse before it gets taken there.

On a more unfortunate note the police have found her parents.

My contacts in the local PD told me that they responded to a call from some neighbours about an awfull smell coming from a house out in the 'burbs. When they responded, they found the week old, dismembered and partially eaten corpses of a man and a woman. From the looks of the situation, it seems that the family dog, and half a dozen of his friends, ripped them to pieces. There is no sign of how the dogs got in or left.

The little girl's name was Hannah.

Same name as my little sister.

Perhaps, but wait 'till I get to him . . . making me angry hasn't paid off for any other monster.

I'm still trying to figure out why Not Me would work with this guy . . . Not Me seams to be motivated by a lot of the beleifs from the compound . . . co-operating with a vampire just isn't in the playbook.

Maybe he's trying to do what I love doing the most: Running one problem through another and hoping they eliminate eachother.

Also, that's some sick shit with the girl and the name and her parents.

Maybe Not Ron does not understand who he is working with?

Maybe Not Ron is somehow under Khavik's control, so it is the other way round.. Not Ron is Khavik's pawn in a game to kill a hunter?

Just trying some lateral thinking...

From what Shadow told me, controlling something like Not Ron is next to impossible. He's a being of raw mental energy and has the ability to step into the dreamstream at will where he has near limitless abilities.

He also has other unusual abillites such as, apparently, magic spells.

I doubt Khavik can actually control him.

Besides, I have no connection to Khavik, why would Not Me seek him out?

I have a bad feeling he knows just what he is doing, and who or should I say what he is working with. Oh it seems I know who the New Auther Nordstrum is, or at least that is what he is calling himself AKA the Asshole, Fake Ron, and the liveing nightmare. He also seems to have struck a deal with thing calling himself the King of Nightmares. I'll tell you more later.

Arthur Nordstrome . . . why does that name keep popping up? It sounds so familiar but I can't place it.

The girl is already dead. Her body would have ceased to function by now to the creature wearing it. The thing has moved on by now, most likely sluggish after having a full meal. It will need time to digest before finding another victim. If you find the corpse, it will still be near by.

I only offer my wisdom when I can.

If you have found the body, I would suggest finding a trust worthy necromancer to divine the dead, and tell you exactly what happened.

Then I may suggest I psychic who can object read to confirm the existance of the prior occupant, and then who is capable of using a emote viewing to find the foul thing.

A fire walker would be good the destroy the foul thing within the cleansing fires they can create then read the truths behind its origins within the smoke and flames.

Then you should have the body burned to ash. It will set the girl's spirit free and destroy anything left behind.

Again, these are only reliable suggestions I offer. Use them or not, it is strictly your call.

C'mon Ron! We've met plenty of trust worthy necromancers! We've trusted 'em to Raise the Undead, Create Hell on Earth, Start Shit, and be HUGE Pains in the Ass! And they've all come through!

Anyway, the only corpse I've found on my search so far is Celeste. We've bumped into each other a couple of times this week.

If I didn't know better I'd say she was doing it on purpose.

Damned Mr. Fluffers actually likes her. You can never trust a cat.

Animal Person

Post by Celeste Darken »

What can I say? I was an animal lover as a human. Not enough to be a vegetarian or a veterinarian, but . . . whatever. Mom had allergies to cats. Which is why I inundated my apartment with strays every chance I got . . . .

I knew you were an animal person the moment Duke said you were "ok". Well is was more like a deep (WOOF!), but I knew what he meant.

Hey Ron, she's a cat person!
